I’ve been looking for breaking specific mobility routines - thanks! Would love a video on your post-practice stretching or how you schedule skills-based practice vs lifting/conditioning!

Glad you enjoyed it! Awesome thanks for the suggestions!
Great video, thanks What I'd like to see: -Training program with explanations of how you train, what you specifically train, for how long in order to maximize progress -Your story/input about how you were able to make a livin out of dance which, despite your talent, is very hard for a bboy that mainly does battle competitions -A video about how you create routines/movements and how you change them over time and the creative process behind it ...

Hey Guys! If you don't want to listen to me talk you can skip to the sections of my routine here :) (also in the description box) squat/lowerbody 0:03:20 - 0:07:30 Wrists 0:7:40: - 0:10:45 Shoulders 0:10:55 - 0:14:30 Spine 0:14:40 - 0:15:45 Back 0:15:50 - 0:16:19 Also leave a suggestion for future videos below! Thanks :). *just an update I made an error at 0:5:53 and said that helps with external rotation but both the movements of that section are internal! My mistake!
good on you for making this, it’s really an interesting process developing a suitable routine to take care of your body as a dancer... also appreciate that you mentioned you aren’t necessarily qualified education wise, I think that was a responsible choice 👍

Thanks for watching man! 100% agree, honestly is the best policy. I think it's also relatable as most people aren't properly versed in the world of science haha.
Great video! respect bro but should i do this all the 7 days of the week or just for the days of practice ? Also would like to see a video of your practice schedules and conditioning!

I do it practically everyday but it's up to you! It takes me around 45 minutes which can feel like a lot to some people so it could also be beneficial to break it up into shorter sections to do each day :). And thanks for the suggestions! I'll keep it into consideration.
so helful bro, please keep posting your vlogs on youtube. :)
Looking forward to getting to know the man behind the bboy. Thanks for the vid! What do you record on and what do you edit on?

Do some combo tutorial 😍❤🔥🔥🔥
Are you keeping your heel on the ground when you push your knee out, or you're letting it lift up?
Please Make More Videos Related To breakin Sir! For Various Moves or anything Please
You say it's for you but could you say that these stretches could be used for any bboy since it's to prevent injury's??thanks for the input 🙏🏼
Wow this is hard as *Ǩ^^* !!! hahaha I still need so much flexibility to do the hip part and so much strenght to do the wrist push ups too. Any advice to adapt my body to do this? How long did you need to reach this point bro? so good info but i am getting frustrated trying it xd
WIZZUD CONTENT WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
do you do your morning routine everyday or do you leave some days for rest?
Dope bro. Do you do this everyday, and how long does it usually take you?

Phil Wizard word thanks man imma def start incorporating those hip exercises
I noticed for the first few exercises, you are squatting, and your feet are flat on the floor, how can I increase my flexibility to squat so low with flat feet? The only squat I can do that low is like .. a catcher squat in baseball
Came here from a vrchat player giving me this as a recommendation, want to become more flexible and enjoy vrchat more.
Do you actually do this every single day!!?
I recently injured my wrist to the point where I cant but pressure on it. Do you have any wrist recovery tips??
@Philkwizard
4 жыл бұрын
If you cant put any pressure on it then I definitely don't recommend doing much at all. Give it time to recover and then focus on strengthening. Weights are a great way to do that, starting with very lightweights and just doing isolated wrists movements, like moving the wrist up and down.
