It's a great product to have.
The cloth case it comes in is for putting it down. It says so somewhere in the manual

How do u on it
Is it normal i must fill the water into the tank every single minuite ? The water finish too quick Can i use without filling the water ? Can i use water from the tab ?

You can't use it without water. The water shouldn't be running out really quickly. If you live in a soft water area, you can use tap water.
