Can pro 360 blade adjust to old version of norelco one blade?

I like that it has an attachment for comb depth rather than switching each comb out. But I mentioned this on the Phillips page. They need to come up with an extension handle to reach the back area. But this is great, I just don't need a face as I use blades for a closer skin shave. I ended up getting the Phillips 5000 series because it has the extension handle.

Well, I also own the 5000 series, and it has a different kind of purpose. If you're interested in body then it's the best choice. The Oneblade is designed for shaving the face, then adapted to also shave the body. It's not easy to create an extension handle, mainly because it would break too often near the blade, as it's a thin zone.

is the blade at 2:36, with the spinny part and bars only for face, and the one at 3:12 only for body? is the 2:36 one that spins?

Hi, You can use the blade at 3:12 also for face, but it doesn't spin. The spinning blade cannot be inserted in the body comb.

Is it safe for below the belt?

Yes. I suggest you to use the protective comb accessory in that case.
