    Nice video 👍🏻 I hv hd4928. Works superb for all recipes. Just facing problem in case of chapatis/paranthas and deep fry stuffs as simple as pooris/papads. Even at max temp only first two puris puff rest don't puff and also take a lot more time to cook. Why is that so? Is induction not suitable for these things or I'm not doing it the right way? Would be great if u could suggest something.

    You have to understand the mechanism of induction and the difference between How gas stove behaves and induction behaves. A gas stove maintains the temperature throughout the cooking process depending upon the flame of your gas. The induction quickly increases the temperature depending upon the maximum limit you have selected. Upon reaching that limit, induction cuts off the heating element to avoid overheating resulting in the drop of temperature. We suggest frying the deep fry items at the temperature of 180-200 degrees.

    Hi I have some questions about deep fries , for deep fries we use round based pans so that we can use less oil and what are the items we make that will soak in it like poori , vada, bendi fry Alu fry , how we use in induction those items flat based cookware means we have to use more more oil and can we use pressure cooker and small light weight bowls for small quantities

  • @tarunguptaphotography

    Induction cooking is a temperature regulated cooking. There are induction friendli kadahi or woks available in market which can be used in the same manner like you fry on gas stove. Secondly, you can use any induction friendly saucepan, cassarole or deep frying pan which can do the job. You can use pressure cooker but it should be induction friendly. Will not recommend light weight bowls as you might not get correct texture of fries.

    Thanks for watching our video. Almost all induction cooktops today are made to be compatible with the common standard voltage supply. Most of the cooktops would be rated 120 V or between 200-240 V, which implies they will function in almost any countries. Even at 190 V your induction cooktop will work fine.

    Superb details.. i have few questions if u ans it would be great.. 1) When you were stir frying in display indicator it was showing 60..55 what was that ? 2) Is it mandatory to use induction friendly pan if suppose I have normal steel flat bottom heavy pan at home can we use that ? 3) As you said while stir frying it set the temparature to 180 degree so if we continue cooking does ut maintain same temparature throughout or temparature increases like the way it does in gas ?

  • @tarunguptaphotography

    @tarunguptaphotography

    3 жыл бұрын

    Thanks for watching our video. Here are the answers to your query. 1) 60 is the VOLT (amount of current unit) it use to heat. 2) Well it is always advisable to use induction friendly pans but you can still try with flat base steel pan. When we are making soup in the video, the pan we are using is a simple flat bottomed steel pan which worked for us as you can see. 3) Your question is not very clear. Temperature in gas increases only when you increase it through knob. Same is with induction. If it is set at 180 degree, it will maintain the temperature at 180 degree throughout the cooking.

Induction cooker is an electrical appliance not a utensil. Even if you compare the finish, the features and reviews, philips is the leader. Agar isko low temp par use karte hai, to low wattage consume krega, ya same 2000 watt hi lega... Waise demo was awesome, and informational... Ek baat aur agar induction use karte samay power cut ho jaaye, tab to fan bhi off ho jayega, kabhi kabhi aisa hne se kya kharab ho skta hai...

    Ji nahi... har temperature level ke sath uske watt consumption ke level bhi mentioned hain. kam temperature par kam watt main kaam karega. Agar kabhi light chali jaye to induction kharab nahi hoga balki apne aap reset ho jayega. Hamara video dekhne aur pasand karene ki liye aapka dhanyawad.

  • @tarunguptaphotography

    From our point of view Philips Viva Collection HD4938 is a better choice as the price difference between the two is very less whereas Preethi touch induction is 1600 watt capacity and Philips is 2100 watt capacity. The design of Philips also supports better cooling after use. Also philips is a brand which is trusted for electricals and induction cooker though used in kitchen is an electrical appliance. • @tarunguptaphotography

    Use a heavy bottom induction pan so retain the heat. It stops heating because you have set the temperature to 130 degree and to maintain that it automatically stops heating for few minutes while cooking. All the inductions work on the same concept. So try increasing your temperature to atleast 180 degree for frying.

    Both inductions are same power wise, power levels, voltage consumption and features. The price difference is also very less. The only major difference is HD4928 is touch screen and HD4929 is button based. To our understanding, going for button based is advisable as it involves low maintenance where as if touch screen malfunctions, repairing cost could be high as it is circuit based. Although there is no reports of malfunctioning. It is like buying a non gear and geared vehicle. The choice is yours.
