Thank you for your post, my problem was the entire screen full of many horizontal lines ,It's worked on my LG43LA6800 by masking a little bits of pins by a piece of thin plastic,

I really doubted this would work but it did. thank you.

@@edgarescobar5935 a mi me dijeron que no tiene arreglo que es un error comun en los modelos sony, que se rompio algo que regula las temperaturas y tengo que cambiar toda la placa, no me acuerdo como se llamaba y me va a salir bastante caro cambiarla :/

Maybe by putting black tape negates the left side ribbon and yhe right side assumes all the led screen.
