You should visit Siquijor, my birthplace. More westernized than most island I think.

My fiance is from Samar so I've been to Tacloban City a few times. I found the begging gangs in Tacloban City to be very aggressive also. There is "one" person who covers their face completely and constantly begging and relentlessly so. Very annoying.

I’m finding as time goes on-some recognize you and know not to beg. Others invade your personal space on a weekly basis- Thanks for your comment. I was thinking I’m the only one having these issues. lol
