Philippa Weiland - Senior psychologist, Australian Army

Lieutenant Colonel Philippa Weiland joined the army in 2003. In 2005 she was deployed to Iraq to initiate the first mental health screenings for Australian service personnel. Weiland has served in Afghanistan as part of the Critical Incident Response Team.

    This lady is one of the best people I have ever met. I knew her in Britain 20 odd years ago. So glad she's doing so well and helping people.

    Huge respect. One Freudian slip at about the 5:15 mark; “to the point where we start the screaming” 👍

    The closed captions do not correspond with what the LT COL is saying. The Closed Captions is an Officer serving in 2 Commando Regiment speaking about his experiences and not the Psych Officer. I would like to suggest fixing this issue in order for the hearing impaired to understand the Psych officers interview accurately and enjoy the video.
