On 29th June 2020, I received an email from my boss, dismissing me from my job, the only income I had. Fear, stress and sorrow set in. I felt am in a middle of an island, alone and desperate & my Faith was really tested. I came across the song 'Living Hope', sung by Phil that rekindled my faith in Jesus. On August i received a call for better job than i had!!! Today i am a living testimony that battle belongs to God. He fought mine, He will fight yours, Trust Him.

Congrats! Worked in ministry not making much $$ and was let go too. I got a much better job this wk! Its awesome how God is in the details of our life and makes a way. We just gotta pray & trust him. He knows better than our flesh

I was homeless, got into drugs, went into prisons, then i got to know Jesus, He changed my life.. Now i have a home, a wife, a lovely daughter and a new identity... A child of God.. Hallelujah

It could be maturity and the fear of death many people have. If we put our trust in Jesus and make him Lord and saviour of our life we have nothing to fear as we know our eternal destiny is with Jesus in Heaven. We still need to pray for forgiveness of our sins daily and read his word to stay grounded and not drift away. We must also importantly live a life that is pleasing to God. There are so called christians that if you examine their lives you could not discern the difference from an unsaved person. Blessings to you in Jesus precious name. 🙏🙏🙏😀😀😀

We are missionaries in Brazil and it had an impact on the nurses and doctors as my husband would lift his hand and praise God as he listened to "The Battle Belongs to the Lord"! I am the one who was dying from COVID-19 the middle of August. God literally mobilized His Army and I am now healing and slowly regaining my strength. We truly fight on our knees! Phil, may our Lord let you be one of our heavenly worship leaders soon. We are running out of time here, but eternity should be long enough...Please listen to Phil's song "Hymn of Heaven" also. It is truly the desire of our hearts. The 1st I listened to encourage my heart if I survived. The 2nd was where I really wanted to go!

I was diagnosed with 4 mental health illnesses. Depression, anxiety, Bipolar, & schizophrenia. Took medication 2.5 yrs. & $2,700.oo shots for 2 yrs. I have been off these medications for over 2.5 yrs now. I was delivered from anxiety, fear, paranoia, depression & much more. GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, JESUS IS LORD OF MY LIFE, JESUS is the Great Physician & healer, & is the way maker!! Proverbs 12:25 (NKJV) Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad. Colossians 1:13 (KJV) Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: Thank You Dear Lord Jesus for helping a sinner like me, delivering me from darkness, I Praise You Dear HEAVENLY FATHER GOD in Jesus name & I Glorify YOU in all Jesus does for me!!!!!!! I've been a church-goer since I was 5 years young, and now I'm 26. I was introduced to the Holy Ghost around 1 week ago, after I read the 5th Chapter of Acts, and was praying... I felt a joyful presence in my room, and was immediately filled with happiness. Around 5 months ago, I was invited by my best friend (whom was introduced to God by me) to a church he attends, and I fell in love with it. I've been playing drum set since I was 4 years young, and I was just thrown into rotation of being a drummer on the Worship Band at the church I've attended for almost 6 months now. I can't thank you enough for being my best friend for almost 10 years, Blake Chambers, and inviting me to the most amazing church I've ever been to. I'm now a strong follower of God, and plan on giving my music career to worshipping him for the rest of my life here on earth

Last Sunday Feb.4, 2024 our music team sing this song. I was really touched by God with this song. I was crying like a baby, kneeling at the altar & lifting up my hands on high. The Lord was telling me, I am with you, I will fight for you...Thank you Father!

My mum died 3 Weeks ago and it broke me😢, I wondered why God didn't heal her even after praying for his healing hands upon her life🥹. However I am now finding Peace in my heart that she is in a better place. May he keep healing me🙏

I'm praying for you!! But know you are worthy of our God's Love, worthy of his grace and his mercy. You are his child and he is NOT disappointed in you. He loves you! I lost my 23 year old brother March 22nd. He had a relapse and we found him unresponsive that morning. I so desperately wish he would have allowed us to know he was struggling again. Keep in His Word and declare it for your own life. You are never abandoned. As a believer, you have the same Holy Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwelling inside you. He is your comforter, your counselor, the One who knows and sees all. He will direct your steps. You know the difference between His voice and the enemy's by whether it lines up with the Word of God. Please keep my wife in your prayers. She has myotonic muscular dystrophy. Her mobility and ability to walk has regressed over the past few years. Doctors cannot heal or cure her, but I know God can and will. Please make this a daily prayer request for her. It is hard, some days, to stay positive and to not worry about her situation. I rely on the love of God and the prayers of others to get me through. God Bless and thank you!

I am going to pray for you my sweet Ira. When I get home from work I will light a candle and keep it lit tonight and all nights in hopes that it will burn light into your thoughts. There are reasons why depression infiltrates. Especially now. Ever heard of CERN? Our environment is so thick with dark evil, you are literally breathing it in. We have been infiltrated. Look up in the Bible The Armor of God. Use that as your protection my love. God is in you and you have the power here. Always remember that. Darkness in definition is the absence of light. You can as for control of your thoughts. Own them and change them. Grab a journal and write your positive thoughts down every day multiple times a day. This creates intent and your path forward toward your goals. You may not believe them at first....they may even be fantasy...but watch what happens. Do this until. UNTIL you get these things you want for yourself. It doesn't happen over night but it's like taking a mental step forward. It's your starting point. You will reach the goal. Belief. Faith. All my love and light and I bless you in the name of Our Father. Hugging you tight, you are never alone!

I met him in Memphis, TN. He just happened to come by the souvenir table as I went to bathroom so I stop and asked where the money made goes. We all have a God sized hole in our heart. ❤️‍🩹 Some try to fill it with all the material trappings of this world but they never satisfy. Only by allowing Jesus to fill that hole in our heart we can have true peace and understanding of what Jesus has done for us and the life lessons he has taught us. Without God we are like a ship drifting in the ocean currents going this way and that way but with Jesus at the helm we have direction and purpose for our lives. How spiritual we are sometimes could be measured by how much we relate to "other saint's suffering", that meditating on his suffering brings us closer to Christ..kind of a false piety. Another way you can take the lyrics could also mean, when we as individual believers to not forget the hope when life makes us carry personal heavy crosses. Because without the empty tomb, the cross means nothing. Apostle paul said if the resurrection never took place, Christians should be pitied most of all (1 Corinthians 15). The cross was a victory because Jesus rose 3 days later.

We all have a God sized hole in our heart. ❤️‍🩹 Some try to fill it with all the material trappings of this world but they never satisfy. Only by allowing Jesus to fill that hole in our heart we can have true peace and understanding of what Jesus has done for us and the life lessons he has taught us. Without God we are like a ship drifting in the ocean currents going this way and that way but with Jesus at the helm we have direction and purpose for our lives. God loves you dearly and has a plan and purpose for good for your life. He doesn’t promise life will be easy but when we walk in faith with Jesus he can make a way for us to overcome those hard times. Jesus does promise us we will be with him for eternity if we choose him. If you want to choose him all you have to say is: God I believe you sent your son Jesus to die for my sins. Please forgive me of my sins and I repent and turn away from them. I want to change my life and live for you Jesus. Thank-you that I now a new person in Christ. Find a good Bible believing church and learn what Jesus has done for you by reading the Gospels of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John. Grace, peace and blessings to you in Jesus precious name. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻😀😀😀

I am praying for you. If we are honest, we all struggle in our minds, but if you seek God with all of your heart you will find Him. Jeremiah 29:13. I would suggest praying the Lord's prayer when you wake up and before you go to sleep. I, too, have trouble remembering to ask God first to help me with problems before I try to solve them myself. We should continually give thanks to Him also🙏🙌

I am talking to the person who survived cancer three times etc aged 67 jesus told me he is going to heal me everything that's wrong with me and believe me that's alot physically mentally emotionally l need prater support in this area cos doctors have only. Got bad news but jesus tells me good news l believe wfst jesus is telling me don't know how or when but he will. Do it thankyou love all my brothers and sisters in christ jesus love the ost too lost jesus says by my stripes you have already been healed amen xxx

If you notice he is truly singing to Jehova. God has his full attention. He isn't singing to the camera. Beautiful song from a true believer. Amen.

I feel such a blessing in this song. Jesus walks with us still after two thousand years have faith. I have had a brain tumour since 2011,diabetes 2 and hemostysas bleeding of the lungs unknown cause no cure for that but I keep still going knowing that God is with me every step of the way.

Right now the battle is my marriage. It's been in a spiritual warfare battle for many years and right now I lay my fear the fear of the unknown at His feet. I know I am safe in His arms and there is joy in my tears and pain. He sees the beauty in the ashes. He sees the purpose in the pain. I know this is His battle to fight not mine. I am in a very similar position. I am a Christian, my husband is not. The spiritual warfare is real. We’ve been going on about 8 years now of this. I have 3 small children and one on the way. The last one was a total surprise. All children are such a blessing, but it feels like the worst possible timing to bring another beautiful child into this mess. Anyway. I saw your comment and it broke my heart. I know the pain you speak of. All I can say, is our God is faithful. When I look back through my broken life, he was there every single step of the way. Even in the most difficult messed up times. He rescues and redeems and works all things together for the good of those who love him. Keep loving him and he will show up. He IS faithful. His timing can be hard to understand, but it’s always better than our own, in the end. I have prayed for you and will keep praying! Don’t lose faith my friend!

When I was two years old my kidneys failed. My biological father, may he rest with the Lord, gave me one of his kidneys. For over twenty-five years I was in good health. But now the kidney has begun to fail. I have started dialysis, and was in the hospital for over two weeks. My faith in the Lord has not wavered. He gave me over twenty-five years of good health, and I pray He will give me the strength to get through this trial.

This song got me through a very difficult time in my life. I had been promoted and while that sounds like awesome news I was just so unsure of everything. My husband had lost his job and then decided to go back to school. Bills were piling up and the anxiety of starting a new job was just the cherry on top. I kept singing "Oh God the battle belongs to you" over and over and over. I put my trust in Him and just gave him all my worries. I have now been in my new role 6 months and I am very happy. My husband has 7 months left of school and passing with straight A's. Money is still tight but God ALWAYS provides for us. I am glad I found this song because I don't know where I would be mentally and emotionally without it and without God.
