In May 2022, aged 32, Phil was diagnosed with oesophageal cancer. Sadly, he passed away five months later.

We’ve been through this, lost my son in January at 32, to lung cancer, he leaves behind his wife and 2 boys, they , like you had so many hopes and dreams for the future 😞I’m so sorry

Truelly heartbreaking story of a young couple who had everything to live for taken so brutally away. So sorry for your families loss. You showed such great dignity.

This is heartbreaking. I am so sorry for her and their children. This is devastating. My he Rest In Peace and may she find a way to cope with it all.
Oh I got tears in my eyes watching this. I have trouble swallowing (dysphagia) due to dysmotility and esoinophilic issues. I also have minor reflux and occassional peptic strictures. I can't imagine having esophageal cancer it's already hard having difficulty swallowing on its own. RIP Phil

I have esophageal cancer too. 3d stage. Squamous carcinoma. Inoperable. Had chemo and radiotherapy. This story broke my heart. Such a beautiful family 😢😢😢

My brother just been diagnosed with this at the 4th stage
omg that was one of the hardest stories to listen too a true love story that ended in heart break i’m so so sorry i hate cancer
RIP Phil, sending warm thoughts and light to Mica and girls. Such a sad, sudden ending of their common life.
