Watch every single shot from Phil Mickelson's final round. #theMasters
---
Since 1934, the Masters Tournament has been home to some of golf’s greatest moments. Amidst blooming azaleas, towering pines and flowering dogwoods, the first full week of April ushers in a stage unique to golf and to sport. Over four days and 72 holes, the smallest field in major championship golf competes for a chance to capture the Green Jacket and a place in Masters history.

You're a legend Phil!He shot the same score as Nicklaus in '86 on Sunday and he is almost 7 years older than Jack was at that time. This is an incredible performance and deserves way more praise than the media is giving it. The media is so cruel and wanted to stain his legacy but it cannot be stained. He is a legend , all time great and always will be. Top 5 in my opinion all time!

Rahm has been one of the only PGAT members to speak highly of LIV and it's players, unlike Rory and Tiger who threw their golf buddies under the bus just for joining another tour. It’s a non story because Phil was so many shots behind. There were absolutely no pressure on him during the round. Comebacks from 10 shots behind has only happened 1 time in golfing history. The largest, final-round, come-from-behind victory in PGA Tour history happened in a major championship that is more famous for the other guy's collapse. The major is the 1999 British Open. The "other guy," the leader after the third round, was Jean Van de Velde. In other words Phil couldn’t have expected a similar outcome so there wasn’t any pressure on Phil trying to catch up.

Phil gave me a love of the short game. I still have more fun going to a pitching green for a couple hours than I do actually playing a round. It's amazing how much your scores drop when you feel like you can get up and down every time from within 100 yards. Obviously nobody actually does that, but your confidence level gets to that point.

Probably still the same, since the no1 player in the world, and the guy who romped home to win, is a tour player. I mean imagine even thinking that this all matters or has any importance whatsoever which tour anyone plays on.

@@Simon-nv5zj I have said all along, to care this much and to take this that personally is almost cultish behavior. I mean Fred Couples actually said "anyone takes a shot at the PGA takes a shot at me" Really? Your identity is based on the organization that you work for? Wow, that is so messed up. It really should not matter this much. They literally shunned Phil, they did not interview him in the cabin and he finished second.

Phil's still got it! He's not perfect. No one is. He's human! But man, he sure silenced the doubters and let his clubs do the talking yesterday. Really happy to see him play well. Most golfers his age start to take it easy on the Senior Tour. Not Phil. A great competitor. Lost a ton of weight and still crushes it. I think he may still have another major in him. My favorite golfer of all time.

What's the key to his success... hits bombs 💣 , shot shapes, hard aggressive wedge and short iron play, great lag putting and great clutch putting. Simple formula but it works leading yo intimidation and victory 😅. My hero and idol always will be totally diffrent to anyone out there personality, both on and off the course. Phil was never interested in tied for 3rd places or anything like that his only interest was to go out there and completley tear up the course ahead of him if it worked he wins if not he never once bottled shot at least he's got that on his cv. There's a reason this man has 3 green jackets and 6 majors and it wasn't from playing safe defensive golf. Man's my hero greatest risk reward golfer I believe in my lifetime.
