Stridebreaker and Steraks are a must every single game. No if ands or buts. Watch the #1 china Darius. He builds that every single game doesn’t matter what the enemy team has. Watch XCM or Dariking or Yuwen Nuo. I’m only saying this because I am also a Darius main. Those 2 items are perfect for him. You should be looking to get Stridebreaker first always. After that get Steraks. Core defensive items are deadman’s and force of nature / spirit visage if you have healer. Last defensive item should be based on who in the enemy team is going to do the most damage.

Don’t get tempted in getting more damage items outside of Stridebreaker and Steraks. It’s sexy as fuck, but It only works if the enemy team is uncoordinated. When you get to diamond + you absolutely need actual defensive items after Stridebreaker Steraks.

I would never get Swifties. Not being able to move sucks. Also Maw is not very good on Darius. Your combo should be E, Auto, W, Stridebreaker with an auto after the W slow times out, Auto, Q (5 stacks) Time out your slows don’t want to blow them all at once. It will help you stick on targets to get the 5 stacks.
