The Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Kansas has research strengths in neuropharmacology especially in neurodegeneration, mood disorders and addiction, and control of energy metabolism and effects of diabetes on the nervous system. We are a dynamic and growing department. The research program is founded on a strong PhD graduate program in Pharmacology & Toxicology.
