Europa Park has less complicated rides when it comes to the restraints so the dispatch times are busted and you have to take the amount of trains into the rating.

Europa has more quantity, Phantasia has the higher quality. For me overall, Phantasialand has the edge, mainly because of the insane immersion and the overall better experience. But that is of course highly subjective.
