But this time on Ramaphosa issue there was no conclusion on which direction should the party must follow, there was no debate and vote in the ANC.

CR is acting perfectly within his rights in reviewing the Section 89 Panel’s Report. Lawyers would tell that legal matters have an element of fair procedure and substantive matters. A person can be found redhanded committing a murder, but if procedures are not followed to the letter, that person would be acquitted. So CR is requesting that the process be fair, and not running away from accounting from what’s happened. Check how often Adv Mpofu keeps on dwelling on issues of fair procedure when representing his clients. I’m sorry to say to you that CR is saying I cannot be subjected to an unfair process that would arrive at an incorrect conclusion, and he’s absolutely right. You might like, but that’s a fact.

This lady is very principled and very intelligent. Thank you Dr. for being a beacon of light in the darkness that ANC appears to be at the moment..

It just seems madness to me that Parliament votes to reject a report that it commissioned itself. As I said in another comment, NDZ is correct in saying that the media was completely wrong in framing this as a vote of no confidence, it was never that.

I thought really this will not help to keep on crying if the ANC is really dying a slow death just bring the the party who will vote ANC out of power.

Some of the journalists my goodness....they cannot even hide to show who are they really working for...

NDZ and LS are members of the NWC. The NWC sat and recommended that ANC MPs should not vote to adopt the section 89 panel’s report. NDZ should’ve expressed herself and fought in the NWC. When she goes to the NEC, the recommendation of the NWC binds her. She’s showing elements of ill-discipline and it’s all about her ambitions to unseat CR as President of the ANC, nothing else. I’m disappointed in her!

The arrogance of ANC members is just appalling, we have to be content that this is the kind of caliber of people leading us.

Her ‘principles’ apply when it comes to Ramaphosa in parliament but continues to serve in his cabinet? She took an oath there too to be faithful to the republic and uphold the constitution. Her ex-husband and supporter Jacob Zuma continues to evade justice and impugn the judiciary and she is silent as the grave.

Panel report was instituted by Parliament. And, she is Member of Parliament. Including, those who voted against. Dlamini-Zuma, is sane shame. That is the very same question raised by Malema, why ANC voted for the institution of the panel in the first place? Spending over 6Mil of tax payers money, only to be voted against. This is but, a wasteful expenditure by parliament. The ANC went there yesterday no to put any value from the money spent for the panel, moerrr.

I don't really believe that Nkosazane Zuma is more honorable than other ANC members...but surely a sane unbiased person should see that she's got a point. How can the ANC appoint a panel to investigate the Phala Phala saga and turn around question the credibility of the panel and its findings just because they're not what ANC hoped for? Our president owes SA answers,unless he's still hiding something lol
