I live in EU and am currently using 15% Gluconolactone from a polnish brand called Lynia. It's kind of sticky but really a goodie. It boosts the effect of vitamin C and significantly fades my dark spots over night. According to a study, the 15% gluconolactone is even comparable with 5% benzoyl peroxide to reduce inflammatory acne and I personally feel it actually works.

Can PHA be used with adapalene?

oral supplements? diffrent benefits : Glutathione is involved in tissue building and repair, making chemicals and proteins needed in the body, and in immune system function. Tranexamic acid and Glutathione in cosmetics is good to fade body pigmentation, also AHA and PHA, Retinoids, Vitamin C, Azelaic Acid. licorice extract, kojic acid, arbutin.... not oral supplement!

Can the Inkey List PHA be used with the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA or should they be used at different times of the day?

I’d say just pick one that can best address your concerns and that’s tolerated by your skin

Which would be more gentle PHA, BHA, or AHA on rosacea. My skin is 52 years old with combination dry/oily t zone. Thank you 😊❤ And thank you for so much information ☺️
