Today i am sharing instant katki keti nu athanu which you can make very quick and store for whole year so friends try out this recipe and give feedback in comment box
400 gram raw mango pieces(rajapuri keri)
1tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
600 gram powder sugar
1/2 tsp cumin(optional)
1 tsp kasmiri red chilly powder

ચાસણી jo વધારે થાય તો પાણી ને બદલે khatu પાણી એકાદ ચમચો ઉમેરવું
