China doesn' honor int'l court. War is the only answer. The PH govt worried abt retaliate because they are afraid of economic sanctions from China. If i were them , just total ban all Chinese products here in the Philippines and block all China businesses here.

PH just have to pass a law (even back dated to 2017) to penalize any unauthorized occupation of islands within the zone and need the unauthorized occupants to pay a fine of $1B per day. If they cant pay the fine, the PH has all the rights to arrest them and revert any illegal buildups at the expense of the unauthorized occupants!!! Send them the big bills that they owe PH!!!
