That is a good offer so that the ph coastguard could execute their law enforcement duties and not just taking pictures and photos and then go back to mainland for press release and acting as if they performed there job which is a big faulse. Honestly the coastguard are really not functioning in accordance with there mandate as stated by the law. What they are doing is actually can be done by an ordinary fishermen taking pictures and photos, cutting floating barriers using knife, sailing in the west ph sea as if they were conducting patrol in which they are not, doing nothing rather than just sailing. All fishermen can do such a job nothing special. What the filipinos expect from the coastguard that an ordinary fishermen cannot do is the law enforcement function to protect our sovereign rights and territorial integrity since they have the capacity to do so in which perhaps they choose not to fulfill. That is supposed to be the function of the PCG and not those lousy act of taking pictures and photos.
