Devendra ji your details must be the same in all the documents and EPFO portal. (EPFO portal details = Aadhar details = PAN details) and in case of any mismatch, you should get your respective document corrected first.

Hi, As u said in 8:40, That Pan card no should show Full, or else 30% TDS cut ho jayega, but in my Case Pan card is not showing full, its Showing xxlp456xx Please help should i proceed or not

Thanks for this video, very well explained. You have given a case where 1) employment / continuous employment is less than 5 years, therefore your income is taxable if you are above the income tax slab. 2) However, as your income post termination or voluntary retirement is below the Income tax slab limit, therefore you have filled 15G form and no TDS has been deducted for you. Request to confirm following in a different case- If our employment or continuous employment is for more than 5 year (continuous employment e.g. where you had 2 jobs for a total duration more than 5 years and date of joining can be filled as joining the first employment and date of leaving is leaving the 2nd and final employment, so that total period is calculated as more than 5 years). In such a case, no TDS shall be deducted by PF department as the entire money is non-taxable.

My son joined HCL in Oct. 2014. In Nov. 2018, he joined Accenture. Due to lack of knowledge, he got new URN/PFN at the Accenture. He has rejoined HCL in Feb. 2021 where he retained his old URN (HCL1) but with a new PF number. So he has now 2 URNs and 3 PF numbers. My question is "how to claim PF amount of HCL1 and Accenture. Can he withdraw both or will it be transferred to new PF number (HCL2) and what about Pension fund, if any. Please guide.
