Hey there. I'm the developer for Flightline. It's a passion project that I work on by myself, so I'm glad that it's grown enough to get mentions over on KZread as well. Planning on hitting nearly all of these points (and more) in a big v0.5 release. Excited both as a developer and aviation enthusiast. Besides that, awesome content. Yeah its a good game, I remember playing "a place with airliners" back in 2018 where the planes were quite literally cylinders. Big progress since then.

you could say that but project flight is adding md-11 and bounce/physics and suspension so i think after update 6 on project flight it will solo flightline but flightline i will play it when i get bored or just wanna play a 747

A very important aspect to make the simulator more realistic is to add navigation charts and an autopilot that follows your flight plan. It is very tedious to have to do a manual approximation, that's why Flightline wins (in terms of best simulation)

@@gonzuex5265 Project Flight as I rarely ever play flight simulators so I find that one that is simpler is better for me.

I honestly like Project Flight more because of the Airplane options, the ATC system, and overall Physics

I think Flightline takes it for the UI, aircraft handling and some features. I do like how in Flightline you can connect the gate to your aircraft. I'm not a massive fan of either games maps I but I really don't like how Project Flight mixes the texture ground and normal Roblox grass. The textures aren't the highest quality ever then grass is just put around the airports. Project Flights aircraft are quite nice, some liveries are not lined up well at all but it's fine. Flightline feels a lot more professional and polished and personally Flightline wins for me.

Flightline controls feel great when you master them, and you can get some really smooth landings, and project flight landings feel less satisfying IMO

2:49 Now, in the 6th update of Project Flight that will be coming VERY SOON, we will have an interior so that means, you should re-create this video since there will be a lot more things now, as well as mobile support. I would really want to see the updated version compared with Flightline too.

It is very hard to make those vids and almost always it will be draw, some people will like PF while another like Flightline. If one game has more points above other, People will make da hella storm in comment section, proving that their fav game is the best. Very nice video!

Considering only one developer made flightline and more than one developers made project flight, flightline's developer has done a great job.

its crazy how many people go to Tenerife during the northern winters, i just went there a month ago, my friend went a week after we arrived, some of my friends went last year together. but the thing is it doesnt seem like there are a lot of people there at all

you forgot to mention that flightline is way more professional as we have proper charts with ATC and we have to learn radiology to be able to communicate on frequency, its almost identical to VATSIM

I would say, regarding handling of the aircrafts, flightline is more towards the realistic side and its kind of understandable why the aircraft feels heavy.

This is my opinion I’ve been on an a320 and a 737 before project flight sounds really make you feel that u are in the plane which is just crazy

I wish project flight had variants for their liveries like Sharklets or wingtipfence

u forgot to mention that flightline has basically implamented a codable fmc somthing that no other games on roblox has not to mention that the flight model in fl is one of the most realsitic flight models on roblox.

Fun fact: Project Flight has different sounds from inside and outside, its better for the sounds for you to be on outside camera. edit: poject flight (plz make chain of poject flight)

Imo, Project Flight feels like an advanced PTFS, and Flightline feels like a whole ass flight sim and requires a lot more knowledge about aviation, air comms, etc. (Not to diss either, I like both)

I liked the turquoise Air Canada livery just because it has some colour, the new one is black at the tail..

for realism, physics, lighting, ui, and autopilot Flightline wins by a mile, honestly what project flight actually is, is essentially PTFS with 1000x better models, scenery, and lighting. its essentially just a realistic PTFS. Thats why flightline is better in my opinion because project flight just wins with plane models and nothing else really, the failures thing is nothing special. Not hating on project flight cause I like it as well, but flightline is my top pick, been playing it since it was called FL1GHTLIN3D along with a place with airliners.

Nah after PF and Flightline gained traction PTFS remains as an option for 10 year olds hoenstly nobody plays that game anymore I used to roleplay there but all the friends I made there are gone in my banned roblox account

3:20 Flightline only feels heavy because it is more directed to realism whereas project flight is more of a realistic arcade game. But i mean flightline does sometimes feel TOO heavy so i still agree with you.

I feel like project flight is the msfs 2020 of roblox and flightline is the x plane 11 of roblox
