EPS alag hai, Uska contribution Employer share set cut hoke waha jata hai

If a person has completed 10+ years of service but is going for abroad job opportunities and doesn't want to avail pension facility. Can they withdraw EPS / pension amount as well along with PF amount

I had worked in previous exempt establishment w.e.f. 01.06.2019 to 20.09.2023.. And now I have joined another exempt establishment w.e.f 01.10.203...now I want to withdraw draw my pension amount of previous establishment but when I am trying to claim form 10C in member portal but only advance form 31 is only showing in epfo portal

haa.. less than 6 month nahi hoga.. aap ek try maaro.. kyuki contribution month ka count hota hai.. Shayad aap ka ho jaaye.. jaise hame form select kiya to bata diya.. waise hi pata chal jaayega..
