No holes in the back of my steering wheel..just marks where the holes should be..do i drill out the plastic?

No if your steering wheel is off-centre your tracking may be out and the best decision to make is get a wheel alignment and if you are removing the steering wheel make a mark with a Marker pen and if your steering is off-centre get your wheels straight and move your steering wheel until it's centred And I hope this helps
