I just picked up a 2013 208 gti and the software hasn't been updated since 2013, It has sat nav, no mirror link or carplay, I'm lost looking for updates and wondering should I just try get a new version silver box behind the screen, If you recommend a new model of box to get what year should I look for. Jabba, what would you recommend if I've bought a 2018 Peugeot 208 touchscreen and unit, but my 2016 model came with a basic bluetooth CD/Radio instead. Will my 208 have all those leads if I open it up? Do you suggest I take it to a local garage? I really don't know how to get the unit linked to my 208, and what the easiest way to get it fitted is. I could use your video to try to fit it myself, I guess, although your video is satnav to sat nav. Your advice would be grateful.

Hi Best solution for you go to local garage and check compatible model before you buy anything for a update 2018 Bosh model with carplay and mirrorlink good working mirror link and carplay you need to change cables and plugs not easy for a model with DAB probably you have easy solution just plug in and change multimedia module vin number this one that I shows in the movie multimedia module its without satnav only DAB and mirrorlink, for carplay this one requires Peugeot Garage software installation I change this one just for mirrorlink and for new nice graphics

Hi Thank you for watching :) So only what you need just install new device with GPS, connect all connectors include GPS antenna cable to and done, if you have still old display you don't need to change, but make sure you bought next module witch GPS because loot of people say with GPS but after connect is without .. and as well you need to change VIN number on yours new receiver - without change, in speaker you here bip all the time. Hi Jabba, is the software Diagbox 7.83 Lexia 3 PP2000 the one you use. Is it a full chip. I found some of these scan tools on ebay but not sure if they can program a smeg to car vin number.
