The Peugeot is now ready for a road test after the rebuild. Enjoy looking around the complete car and listening to the engine. Really excited to drive the 205 GTI again after nearly a year off the road.

I have identical car.colour spec etc but 89 F reg.bought it from england in 2003.been in my garage here in northern ireland since.starts first clip of key anytime i run it .just been buying piece by piece to restore it but with houses weddings and kids i havnt had chance to leave it mint.but kids are up a bit now so time to get stuck in.
Excellent job! This was one of the earlier hot hatchbacks that reached its Zenith in the late 1980's. Owned a CRX-Si from the late 1980's that was also a great hot hatchback. It was a great time for affordable, practical, economical fun to drive cars!
Great job, looks perfect! I have 3 red cars, 1.6, 1.9 & Mi16.. enjoy yours! Mine have given me years of enjoyment 👍

Well done on getting it finished,it looks amazing hard to believe the top half hasn't been painted ! Mine is just painted and just a bare shell can't wait till its ready but so much to do yet .

Great work, well done. Wish I still had mine. G966 PTY. mine was red but I opted for non sunroof . I put a jetex 4 branch system on K&N filter & it sounded lovely. Enjoy your great work. 👍🏆

A thing of utter beauty. I had 3 of these: a G plate, F258OMO and J69MBA. The J plate had a Skip Brown rebuild. I wish I still had it.
