with the rad system you wouldn't use that rope for glacier travel right? only for rescue, you would still buy a thicker rope to travel on the glacier still? Thanks

Hi Lee, you can use the rad line for glacier travel. However because of the 30m length you need to consider if you have enough rope to carry out a rescue, if you do not, multiple rad lines would be needed within the group. Petzl's site is a fantastic resource explaining the different uses for the rope: m.petzl.com/US/en/Sport/RAD-LINE-joining-knots?ActivityName=Ski-touring

Is the harness good for all types of mountaineering? Or is it too light? Everything from the smaller mountains to large everest treks? Or would you recommend the Aquila instead?

The way i would assess is, ask yourself the question. Will I ever purposefully hang in the harness? If yes, I would go for the more comfortable harness. If no, and it's just incase, altitude is a winner.
