That would be great but she has severe back issues and had a very hard time hosting even this year. That's why she was led down the stairs by the guys.

camerawork , production, lightning are the best this year since 2016 tbh. svt tried to make each perf like an live music video but yeah their production is undershadowed cause ebu want to spend more money on security so it couldnt reach 2016 level. People also complained the venue too small but comparing with 2013, the stage this year is twice bigger than the 2013 stage and capacity is 1.5 times than liverpool
The Petra Mede postcard was the best moment of the show 🤩

Its true. Petra was one of the highlights this year. Malin on the other hand... She was just kinda there. She didnt bring as much charisma and fun as Petra did or Hannah Waddingham last year

I thought Malin suddenly relaxed after interacting with fans in the arena during the singalong, and became much more comfortable. But of course, Petra could have done it herself with ease.

it was so sad that because of the chaotic situation that happened this year I could tell Graham wasn't being his usual self and giving shade. He just told us info and I think it was because he didn't feel as excited about the show as normal due to all the stress.

Malin gave stability and was a nice grounding force (for some), which allowed Petra to have a ton of fun. That being said, I hope hosts moving forward are tv presenters, people in musical theatre, and anyone else who has tons of experience improvising and adapting on the fly in live productions.

As a Swede, it was hard to be excited or enjoy the Eurovision bubble this year. But, thank goodness for our hosts Petra & Malin who did a brilliant job and kept calm. I don't think people understand how extremely hard they worked to keep the contest together, despite changes happening, artists dropping out to perform in the final for example. They worked with the conditions they had, and they did it better than I could have imagined. I’m a very proud Swede of our fantastic hosts Petra Mede & Malin Åkerman 🇸🇪❤️ and thank you everyone for your support!!!

This year's Eurovision was many things but it was the funniest by far. Finally jokes and gags which are relaxed and actually funny no one's offended or triggered because it was so lovely executed. I really enjoyed the programme.

Petra was singlehandedly saving this year’s Eurovision
Definitely the best host of this show. I barely remember any other host of Eurovision, but Petra is something special
Her humor and charisma are one thing, but what impressed me most was her ability to keep her calm and stay professional in face of the audience’s emotional reactions caused by the presence of one contestant who according to many shouldn’t be participating for the reason of genocide (not that I agree of course) and the lack of presence of another one who got eliminated in a rather fishy circumstance (not that I agree either). She’s so professional she could host HUNGER GAMES.
She almost caused disaster at my house when the Grindr bit came on. I spit out red wine on a white leather chair. Luckily, the day was saved and I was able to go back a couple of minutes and see the whole thing.
The left out the funny bit when asking for a random eurovision country and year. She said why couldn't you have said Sweden 1974.😂😊😊

Loved the hosts, could have done more regarding the 50th anniversary eg Have the returning champions sing ABBA songs, it needs to have a deep look into how they can bring the contest back to being non political
