Hello. How to know battery status? How long it can last without 4 batteries? How long it needs to charge full?

Hello friend, thank you very much for the inquiry. When the battery is low, the feeder will beep twice about every 15 minutes. The feeder can run on 4pcs C/LR14 1.5V batteries. And the feeder does not have a charging function. Per our test (5 meals per day, on new Nanfu LR14 batteries), the battery life is about 12 days.

Is it normal? that when I'm at work and I open the Petoneer app then I see the machine status is offline (but the machine at my home is plugged in) Because of the offline status I can't see the the logs.

Hi friend, thank you very much for reaching out. It is normal. NutriSpin works on Bluetooth only. The feeding schedule is saved inside the device. It will follow the schedule even when disconnected from the mobile phone.

How do I turn on the bluetooth on the device?

Hi friend, if you set 1 meal/day and fill the 6 bowls with food, then the device can serve 6 days at max. For example, we set the following schedule at 6:00AM on Monday. 5:00AM The first meal is ready to enjoy. The second meal will be served at 5:00AM on Tuesday. The third meal will be served at 5:00AM on Wednesday. The fourth meal will be served at 5:00AM on Thursday. The fifth meal will be served at 5:00AM on Friday. The sixth meal will be served at 5:00AM on Saturday. If we set 2 meals per day, it can serve 3 days at max. The device will repeat the schedule we set daily. Thank you for supporting Petoneer.

@@NoxzyNan Hi there, the meal timers we set in the app/feeder apply every day. We set 1 meal timer at 6 am, the feeder rotates one compartment at 6 am. There are 6 compartments, one readily available and five that should be rotated. In this way, the feeder is able to serve the meal at 6 am every day for 5 days.

Can I use rechargeable batteries ?
