If they could just allow me to rotate the screen, so that physical orientation of the pedal on a board was more flexible.

the way the screen is you have to burn in the characters, you cant rotate.

Sadly, even putting aside the inability to change the mechanical fixing of the display element, it's ~rectangular, not square, so it can't simply be rotated 90 degrees.

Preordered mine from Sweetwater. They said May. I just heard June... That 7-string bass is badass!

I wish good tuners were cheaper, but this is the same price as any other professional standard tuner pedal with a great signal buffer and massive versatility, seems like the one to get!

I've used the HD for quite some time and love it. I've been waiting for a mini release and was super stoked to get this until I found out about the top jacks.. IMO the arrangement of pedals on a pedalboard, as well as the shape of patch cables, does not go well with top mounted jacks. Most of my patch cable are 90 degrees due to having pedals arranged horizontally.

Wish they’d do a £50 guitar tuner without all the bells and whistles. Would love a Peterson on my board but can’t pay that much for a load of features I’ll never use.

Yeah this would have replaced the mini polytunes on all 3 of my boards if it wasn’t for the side 9v Jack. Doesn’t save me any space that way so…too bad

What is meant by “sweetener”?

So close ! What a miss to have the USB Power on top and 9v plug on the side, and not the contrary. Not all "Top mounted" with a easy drop in on your board if you have to find a 9v to USB-C adapter that almost don't exist. USB-C Power is nowhere near to be the industry standard on pedals... Does Peterson consulted any potential buyers ?

cant wait until all pedals adopt USB-C power. the future is almost now

Yeah !!! But no... Analog pedals are not your usual electronic device. USB provides 5V so it will add power regulation to all of them.

Dumb...can not be battery powered. You'll NEED to find an external power source. Fail!

Get the full sized one. I don’t know anybody who runs their boards on batteries

exactly, unless you’re a fuzz purist, why use batteries?? to fail in the middle of a gig? I use a self powered board.. but I guess if you’re still using batteries, you can get one of those little 9v battery snaps that plug into the outside of the pedal. They’re like a dollar.
