Since 1991 Kehilat HaCarmel has been engaged and laboring in ministry of many types, from Intercession and worship to recovery centers and humanitarian relief.
**Bio**
Peter Tsukahira was born in the U.S. and raised in Japan. He holds a bachelors degree in economics and a Master of Divinity. Peter co-founded Kehilat HaCarmel in the late 1980s and has been in ministry for close to forty years.
