Several people have given interviews saying Peter didn't pay them. He would go months and not pay. He employed people with criminal records and knew it was difficult for them to get employment elsewhere. One of the former managers did an interview on Tasha K and spoke about how Peter went off when he found out she was allowing a couple of the employees stay at the restaurant. They were evicted for not paying rent, which was the result of Peter not paying them.
