Got to admire Jimmy's hustle. Always churning out the content.
I love Sterlo... He had that hair that floated behind him as he took up the ball... Looked liked a god of Rugby League... And hell take it to the line all the time... Legends here...

The best
Onya Sterlo what a legend
The white boots for wingers is genius Sterlo. That was my main takeaway from this interview and I applaud you 👏👏👏
yes - reserves instead of interchange - sounds like the next great improvement in the game - I am with you Sterlo - and I think the 6 again has been spectacular. Onya's. And Phil Sigsworth was a star - great player/ club/ area.
Snorky and whatsapacketa are top blokes Nice interview Jimmy 👍
Phil Sigworth, now that’s a blast from the past. I seem to remember a photo of him smoking a cigarette at half time?
Fabulous stuff, great memories.
Fantastic thanks Jimmy, Sterlo and Whatsapacketa. Love the Jets and games at Henson. Glad Singo pulled out of the Perth bid. We still have the Henson Heritage.
I'm also with Sterlo on the reserve instead of interchange. It may slow the game down a smidge but they'll have less injuries because the players need to train for longevity instead of 15 mins of power, they're not as much of a threat physically. Plus no loss of excitement because when players get tired the game opens up and it's more of a pure sport. Instead of replacing one tired guy for a fresh weapon at to speed up the game. It's actually more exciting to watch when everyone is tired and have to keep getting up to go again and watch the battle of wills❤
Very enjoyable poddie. More like that please James.
Warren Ryan did the same thing when he coached Balmain in the 1989 GF, took Roach and Siro off.
It's true, I saw Price and others driving back on the spit bridge from a game at Brookvale, we gave them heaps and they gave it back.
Spent many a day at Henson Dad did the gates on the tennis club side my Uncle and brother did the eastern gates I was at the nil all draw good days.
And from the 1980’s,can we also bring back proper scrums?
NRL should organise a game to be played at the Henson Park...
bring back jets and norths and have them at there home grounds where they belong.
Sterlo the greastest halfback of all should have been immortalised long ago
