I noticed it in Season 2 and 3. He was already falling in love with her when he had to listen to her making love with Brody. This is also the reason he didn't kill Brody when they were at the cabin together because he didn't want to hurt Carrie. He went to visit her in the hospital and was going to be a character witness. Saul left her there too long and didn't even visit her. Almost in every episode that they come out together in, he's watching her back! I love these two together because they know each other's flaws and have seen each other at their worst and he still wants to be with her! Yet, she doesn't trust or believe in herself enough to want to take that chance because I believe that she truly loves him and it would truly devastate her if it didn't work out!

I miss him already.. Please make of show centered on Peter Quinn, Dar Adal' Team anf the Black ops missions..

Quinn: Specialist of heavy weapons and heavy women... Showtime needs to write and deliver Quinn Prequel Missions. Explore the character's background, further reveal Dar Adal's off the book hitmen. The house where Quinn had flashbacks to, in New York with the diner nearby. SHOWTIME - if you want to excite the fans with a jolt, NEW QUINN MATERIAL. I have no idea what the world of black ops is actually like, but quinn strikes me as a he'll of a lot more realistic than james bond, etc. Quinn has a lot of the same skills, but he reacts to all the killing he's asked to do like a human being - he's traumatized by it, and it slowly deadens him. Also, I liked that he couldn't just withstand any physical injury. I'll never understand that Carrie has several romantic relationships in almost every seasons (even with Aayan!), and only one kiss with Quinn!! He almost died at least three times for protecting her!! Even died in season 6 finale just for her!! This get me so frustrated because it seems portraying us as we have the pure of love in front of our eyes and ignored it just like that!.. I do love you Quinn - after Brody! The best character in Homeland after Saul!! ❤️ Why couldn't the writers give us a Carrie/Quinn love scene he loved her! Astrid’s death was so damn heartbreaking... Also I found Astrid's death disheartening cuz she would have defeated the bad guy! She had him. And then she realized what was about to happen before she died. Agree, so wanted the happily ever after with Carrie and Quinn. Also nobody mentions that Saul was involved in the waking up of Quinn from his coma. She got all the blame. Irritated me that lol! Carrie doesn't deserve Quinn. He’s too gracious for her. His love is too big for her, and Carrie never appreciate him. I’m so sad for Quinn. He’s the best. We can say that Quinn was one of the best-built characters in history - alongside Carrie, Brody, Saul, Dar Adal (and Astrid, Max, Fara, Virgil, Maggie)... It would be possible to clarify the following doubts: - Would you like to see Homeland reveal how the CIA explained Brody in Iran and his death to the American press? - Clearly, Javadi's ability to receive credit for Brody's capture helped his cause in Iran, but did the US government reveal Brody's role in Akbari's murder? - Was your name cleared for the CIA attack? I'd love to know what you think. - Another loose thread: Paul Franklin and the murder of the "real" CIA bomber. He ended up doing that scene ... why ?? Carrie was publicly humiliated, beaten, doped, shot and put her life on the line countless times without hesitation, just to make others see Brody as she saw him ... and she succeeded. Abu Nazir, the CIA, Jessica and the show's own audience, no one came close to seeing Brody with the clarity Carrie has always seen. Carrie has always read Brody like no one else. Ah, Carrie's dialogue with Javadi was incredible, it will be one of the most memorable moments in the series, without a doubt! “And what you wanted, which was for everyone to see what you see in him. That happened. Everyone sees it through your eyes now ...” - How did Carrie see Brody? and how did the US come to see this? It's the world? Claire Danes and mandy patinkin NOT for rupert friend so he's gone after exploiting his phenomenal acting talent. Quinn could have definitely recovered from foot drop and aphasia with therapy and been directing black ops so all a spin saying he couldn't. Writers did not honor soldiers affected with ptsd or war injuries rather made them look expendable. Seson 2 episode 4 throughout season 6 let the attraction between quinn and carrie solidify right up until they murdered quinn!!!!

The song is perfect for these two and for the show all around. I just don't know where the story of him loving her came into play. It wasn't until the CIA brought it up that I had even thought about it before. I don't think there's any indication of it in S3 and now at the end of S4 she wants to leave the CIA to start a life with him? What?! It came out of nowhere for me. I'm not against it but it seems like the writers are just trying to please fans instead of staying true to the story.

Quinn's had feelings since S3, he just wasn't facing them. He's always wanted to get out of the CIA but Carrie keeps pulling him back in. As for Carrie, she has trusted and relied on him more than any other person this season. It's not unusual to suddenly realize that your best friend is the person you can't live without, especially after going through something as traumatic as Islamabad.
