Hated this album when I first listened. Hated on second and third listen. Kept listening and I started to like it. Now I love it. I'm as surprised as you, but I really think it's a grower. Even chemistry doesn't bother me anymore.
Don't know the song very well, but imagined a Bruce Springsteen esque acoustic version of it could sound cool.
