The Pirelli calendar that never was. Too bad they ended up using historic shots by Helmut Newton for the 2014 calendar instead. Still not to worry, next week we'll get to see Peter Lindbergh's 2017 Pirelli Calendar and I can't wait. The preview shots I've seen are wonderful.

Beauties & the Beast (Peter looks kind of cute in a way though). He definitely creates beautiful images. I adore his work.

I love all these ladies... They were some of my favorite (& still) models! I get this more of an artsy shoot... but I don't see the need to enhance the wrinkles on these women (i.e. some of the eyeliner melted & accentuated fine lines) I don't see the need to hide them either, I dunno... I just would like to see these women in high fashion print more.

+Original Pinkbird Have you seen any Peter Lindbergh's original work with these ladies? He's pretty raw, so he has always been against hiding "imperfections" (compared to what you from most photographers/retouchers). He some Godlike power to make women with wrinkles look totally beautiful.
