Peter I have the same rule. Don’t meet your heroes. They will let you down. I asked your bass player Stanley Sheldon to ask you to sign my guitar. And others like your tour manager and managers of venues I saw you at. To all those proper channels you steadfastly said, NO! So, hmmm 😢🤔 It’s always bothered me it’s always about how nice you are. And to hear this about your fear of meeting those you admire. Yet you’ve been the disappointment you fear. And for the record I’ve seen you 30 times. Traveled to see you and bought every album you’ve ever made. Guitars, books, shirts, cds, records, box sets, magazines etc al. I just asked for a scribble on my Les Paul. THX! (sarcasm)
