in '04 the caps basically were paying more than they were making and were losing like crazy, so they traded away Jagr, Lang, and Bondra. But thet got brooks laich out of that trade so it isnt too bad

@@neroameealucard945 Nah, he left in 2004 before Ovechkin was drafted. They traded him so that he could join a cup contender....unfortunately Ottawa was not the best location for this.

He should have done this as a Cap :(
