How do you guys feel about a guy on the high end of normal whos now 45yo, but never been able to hold any mass taking sustanon 250 once a week? I did a cycle back in the day, and the results were perfect, gained like 30 lean pounds in 5 months but without the test it dissapeared as I went back to normal. Gym bros during the cycle were like, holy fuck they never seen such a positive result, and so fast. im just naturally lean, but any mass has always been damn near impossible without help. Im thinking with the sustanon which I can get at my pharmacy, but nothing else legally, and the muscle memory from the cycle it should be easy to get back. My only concern is, what do I do long term to keep it. Everytime I get tested it comes back with the results of a 25 year old. Ive always been healthy, active, gone to the gym. Genetically gifted, I just can gain anymore wieght.

I mean if you think about it - Peter said he was out of medicine for 6 years. How truly different are they considering he specialized in surgery as well. So wonder how Peter learned most of this stuff - likely the exact same way. Obviously theres a base of stuff like chemistry and memorizing medical terms and other core fundamentals that he likely retained but it is interesting to think about.

I've worked with people with zero college in elite engineering roles. Sure, they were tagged geniuses given opportunity but it just goes to show you don't need to go through the 'system' especially in the 2020's where advanced knowledge/material is at your fingertips. In today's society knowledge is so expansive that you require niche focus to even be useful in a lot of roles anyway. Not something that would be able to be presented/learned in a standardized college course.

I've become a big fan of Dr. Attia since I read Outlive. I also read Die with Zero after he mentioned the book on one of his podcasts. And it's awesome to hear him talk about his kids, especially where they get to eat like other kids 😀 and balancing work and life. But, I also think there are unique people in the world that need to keep doing what they do because of the tremendous benefit they can provide to so many others. So, I hope he finds his balance, but I also hope he keeps pushing his passion to provide incredibly useful insight on longevity and health span to the benefit of countless people, including myself.

What an insightful and high level discussion by the two of you. Great job. Question for either of you two (given your Canadian heritage). Are you aware of any reputable compounding pharmacies in Canada for the manufacturing of peptides specifically? As well as reputable clinics who offer this treatment as part of their treatment plan? Thanks very much.

As a graduate student, it’s nice to see someone who is well versed at the least in the concepts and mechanics of research methodology and evidence based reasoning. The separation between correlation and causation is a model example.

My mother got a colonoscopy for her breast cancer. She was on chemo and they perforated her colon. She became septic and died. It was a speed run to death. The hospital covered it up basically.

I like how every time he does a long interview he drops a new bizarre obsession he had, there's a Tim Ferriss podcast where he talked about being completely obsessed with tearing phonebooks, and he would tear any phonebook in sight, including ones at payphones or when the new phonebooks would be sent out to apartment buildings, he would tear them all and leave them
