I know dogs urinating in the house can be a problem. But my dog comes and get's me when he has to go. I never taught him to, he just does. Kinda strange he knows not to, but he comes and whines at the door if it's shut so I can let him out. I feel really lucky having him, he's a good dog.

you do not know how lucky you are and I had a pit bull that did that she was wonderful so after 13 wonderful years with her she passes and I go to the pound to replace her with another pit this time a mix, dont know what her problem is but she still soaks our carpet in every room! she was 7 months when we got her its been 12 years and I am counting the days till her demise, hte to say that but when she is gone that is it for me no more dogs!

That dog deserves a steak dinner! Why do I always adopt dogs who, no matter how hard I try, are never completely house trained?

If you’re pulling up all the carpet and installing a new pad, why not just replace the carpet as well?

Carpet is expensive. Pads are not. Plus you would often then have to replace the entire carpet in order to match it.

Hi dan, this is the first time that I've ever removed the carpet from my home. There are many pet stains on the subfloor (plywood). I was wondering what products you used in your video. What brand of sealer did you use? And is there any other products I may need?

Hello, we are on a concrete slab floor and will be getting wood floors in a few weeks. I currently have carpet and use natures miracle and a black light on accidents. I still at times smell urine and it drives me nuts and am very sure it's in the padding. There is no sub floor but what would you advise me to do after they take up carpet before laying new flooring? Should i black light the concrete and spray enzymes? Your help is much appreciated!

I lease. They only sprayed odoban on old urine abs then put down new carpet with plastic and cushion..... never painted keels.....😳....there has always been a smell... concerned that these old pets spots on wood floor under carpet is growing bacteria...peew...😒
