Love this movie. No brain no pain drew buddy
90s and even early 2000s were the true high peak of Horror. Blood effects and scares were the best!
its a great movie I have seen both movies I'm a stephen king fan I've also seen his The Stand movie cujo the tommyknockers thinner christine both carrie movies riding the bullet silver bullet the green mile the shinning all great movie Stephen King is truly the master when it comes to creativity with movies and stories
This is definitely the best one in the series. Dope reaction.

This is a dreamy horror movie the late 80s early 90s have that feel
I loved this movie. I preferred it over the first. Jeff was broken after Drew and Amanda died, that's the way I took it. So he did whatever it took to bring his mother back. But I do wish the ending had Drew and Amanda in it, taking a huge heroic death. But Clancy Brown was FUCKING AMAZING as Gus. He was the highlight of the film. Loved him as Mr. Krabs in Spongebob. He's such a great villain and has the best lines. It has a great soundtrack too and I just seen it on Netflix. used to watch that movie all the time when I was younger growing up. It has this darker tone to it than the first. Much more added to the story and I enjoyed the science aspect.

Thanks for the comment/review Adam! Agreed on pretty much all of your parts. After I watched this I went back and rewatched the first and you’re right that this is a way darker film in tone.

In my opinion 90’s horror would be more respected if they didn’t have to follow the juggernaut predecessors of the 80’s. Another great upload 🦾

Yeah that’s a fair point KT.
This is the best horror movie in the 90's, also one of my favorite. The plot are simply amazing. Edward was really a highlight, he has pure and natural acting skills, he did a great job.
90's horror was actual horror movies today they should just call them scary movies with a bunch of jump scares.
Clancy Brown was awesome in this

Oh, hell yeah! I love this movie even better than the first one. Clancy Brown is always a treat, and this movie made the best use of L7's $hitlist. Gnarly pick, dude.

If you only know Clancy Brown from Shawshank... You need to see Highlander. It's pure 80's craziness. I enjoy this one more than the first. I like Eddie Furlong in most of his roles, and he does pretty good in this.

Fun fact the hand that grabs the woman in the beginning is the same hand from the IT mini series
"Dead is better" is ABSOLUTELY the message of the first movie! I can't believe you said it's not. Don't bring back the dead... "sometimes dead is better" from the first movie AND the book.
@therobw
Жыл бұрын
It’s been a while since I posted this but I think I was more talking about how the sequel re contextualizes the “dead is better” line. Idk like I said it’s been a while but you’re right that is the message of the first film. Thanks for watching the video dude!
This one is a classic, I probably watch it 20 times when I was younger. It's not as good as Pet Semetary 1 tho...

I agree it’s not as good as the first one. Still a lot of fun though!
I definitely dig the schlocky and campy third act! Apparently, this movie had some issues with the MPAA, there's a workprint out there that has more gore supposedly.
I still love the first one more, but this one was entertaining. Some parts did creep me out tho. Till next time.

Nothing tops that Zelda scene in the first one.
Clancy Brown is also the voice of Mr. Krabs from Spongebob 😂
There was also the remake of night of the living dead in 1990 which is one of the best remakes I’ve ever seen.

Ohhh shitttt! I’ll admit I voted for PS2 😂 I grew up on it and there’s just something about it that I always liked. It’s not great hell it’s not even that good but you gotta love the charm and campiness of it. Eddie Furlong and Clancy Brown really make this movie for me. “no brain, no pain… think about it.”

It’s what I’d call “trashy good”. Not sure if that makes sense but I enjoyed it overall. Not gonna blow anyone away but Clancy Brown is doing a bonkers performance and Eddie Furlong still looks focused as an actor. Thanks for the comment my man

I like this movie the ending is very weird though you should do silent night deadly night
For some reason I remember the dog headed woman looking better than that, but again I did watch this a very long time ago
This is nothing close to the first but I'll say this... it is entertaining af, imo. And that's what movies are supposed to do. I don't think it would be fair to have another emotionally heavy and dark sequel.

Is it weird I like this movie more than the original I think they focused on the horror more in this one and it worked and had a lot of scenes that worked. The first one seem to really focus on the shock and drama of the kid getting hit by the truck but this one it just seems like they went full horror.
