Someone needs child locks on their fridge and cabinets 😅 He's a royal terror but utterly adorable and entertaining. One of mine was a lot like this but she's settled down a lot in her later years and when we introduced puzzle games into her life so she could use her clever lil cat brain more often 😺

@@KohalaLover I have had cats all my life, my boy just isn't wired right. I'm so glad that I have him, as if someone with kids had taken him in he would either have been hurt, returned or euthanized. I just fuss him when he's calm and walk away when he attacks me. He is a strange character.

I'm assuming that your vet has ruled out any biological causes for the behavior, such as a chemical imbalance or some kind of discomfort? I've had cats nearly all my life and am well aware that they all have different personalities and types of behavior. But this guy seems seriously at the high end of the cranky-meter.

No, not at all. My cat does many of the same things. He will go out of his way to knock everything over when he's upset or wants his way. He is very smart and has a huge personality, just like Guccie. Thank you for your patience and for loving all of his grumpy, mischievous traits!!

He is respected and loved. Boredom, yes. Does he have a window to watch out of? Can he go outside (cat run)? He needs lots of play and challenging toys.

Yes, indoor cats need a lot of exercise and stimulating toys and puzzles, ladders and ramps to run and play. I feel so sorry for them. Please get stimulating toys, install ramps......ask google for ideas !!!!!!!

I have a cat with the same attitude problem. Grown adults are terrified of him but he's honestly a great cat to me, and only me. He's a grouch but he adores me and loves on me all the time. Even has to be touching my leg when he's sleeping in the bed with me at night. He will leap into my arms wanting to be held, but he's 20lbs and leaps with his claws out to latch on to my skin. He's 75% sweet to me but 25% of the time will attack me. To others he is 99.9% mean, occasionally he will let someone pet him once then attack them full force. Honestly I have even made plans and then back up plans for him in case something happens to me, with people who have promised to put up with his moody behavior because I know he can't be rehomed or put in a shelter because of his moods.

He should've been named "Grumpy". 😂

He would be out on his own if his attitude was like this all the time! 😮

I had a cat like this. His grumpiness was mostly related to his health issues because he was mean to EVERYONE. Sometimes he would just walk up to our other cat and start wailing on him for no reason. He was gorgeous, with violet eyes. We had him for 13 years before he passed.

I have 2 cats that kinda display that attitude, even though they are CATS, they still can be put on TIME-OUT in there carrier's for a short period of time when they show actions of frustration, sometimes itt does reverse there negative behavior, and sometimes not, there CATS, right!🤣

You should use electric tape to secure the refrigerator door whenever you are not supervising him!

He's a beautiful tabby tom who has you as a servant because he rules. Your other cat not sure if it is a tom or queen has wonderful markings.
