Lev Adrenalin The PC Port always had problems, many reviews are criticizing that. But this year it seems to be worse :/ there is some hope, luckily there is an active mod community. But it is lame that Konami counts on that.

PC's version DON'T use DX11; so... this is why PS4 version looks better :)

+Mahmoud Reza Khavari Ps4 = 399 dollars, an aditional monthly suscriptions, bad offers and games for 69-79 dollars... while you can make a much better pc with a 960 for example and the rest of the components for 80-100 bucks more, with the advantages of a pc, indie games, free games and much, muuuuuch, much more stuffs. When the directX 12 becomes mainstream, the consoles just will go to the ground, because the only hope favorable to consoles is the software, coz hardware sucks, theyre limited mini-pc with an optimized software. This is a business, friend. The new directX can do a similar performance as consoles (like Xbox) coz the processor use is now so low, the 50% of the pc cost will be just the graphic card. Consoles are for so young people, or who dont know anything of computing, thinking that the pcs are useless for gaming cause they have just a netbook or a laptop.

Alberto Mr i never doubted that. Some people aren't interested in a "lamborghini." They just want a nice sports car that does the trick, if we're sticking to that analogy. Or, another comparison would be the Lord of the Rings, if you're familiar with those movies. There's the theatrical version, and the extended. Diehard fans will undoubtedly watch extended, and those who just enjoy the films would buy theatrical. That's basically console and PC. I own a console because I love playing games, but it's not so prominent in my life that I want to invest into a gaming PC, I have other priorities. :)

You guys do a great job of taking a closer look at the things we find are important in comparing graphics, keep up the great work!!

I was a big PES fan even until now, but really disappoint with the way Konami treat the pc players. It's not the first time and we already patience enough when they did this 1 year ago with 2015. I know some ppl gonna keep support Konami for doing this and it's okay but today i've made a decision to try Fifa 16 since i felt the gameplay not really that much different imo but the graphic and licenses are far better. Ofc i know PES players gonna use the update from 3rd party like PTE or PES Galaxy to get the licenses too but you can't do anything with the graphic even using sweetfx not gonna help alot. I already done that too and that's why i know. So until Konami specially PES Team can give respect to pc players i guess i'll stick with fifa from now on and please don't tell me they couldn't do it cause you know MGS V TPP can do better with the same fox engine. So no rubbish excuses anymore and don't try to fool ppl by showing screen shot and trailer from ps4 on steam site

Guys this comparison is pretty real. Just go to Steam and read the reviews, everyone are complaining about PS3 and shitty graphics. Konami doesn't care about PC community anymore, and this is an example of that.

The PC version of PES2016 is a PS3 port. How is it that the PS4 version has high resolution models, crowds, players and better lightting then the PC version? Its not even running on DX11, its running on DX9. I was genuanly exacited for this game until now. Yes the gameplay is better then FIFA 16 but FIFA 16 doesnt ♥♥♥♥ over the pc communtiy.....Shame on Konami.

Thanks for this, I thought I'd finally pick up a major football title as I have none in my library and heard some really good things about PES 2016 from early reviews. Guess they were all using the console version. Not going to pay full price for what looks basically the same as last year's game which can be had for less than half the price.

If you are a PC Gamer then do not buy this crap product.

It actually looks quite a lot nicer on the PC than the ps3 and 360. Granted, it should look better than the ps4 and xbox one versions, but people forget, its a hybrid between the ps3 and ps4 versions. That means, all the animation, physics and some graphical features from the ps4 version, but built from the ps3 version, therefore looking similar graphically. While I feel it silly that Konami did this, I am still pleased it is an exact same version from a gameplay perspective, and that we will have mods that can easily surpass the ps4 as a gameplay experience.

Out of morbid curiosity, does the recommended GTX 7800 actually run the game as well as last-gen consoles?

Nice comparison! Which sadly means that only people like me who have a low end PC would enjoy this, anyway if the gameplay is good then I'm sold on this. I wish they had ported from current generation for hardcore fans.

What resolution were you running this on because it doesn't look as bad as you've made out. I played it yesterday and the texture on those yellow boots were not blurred at all. In fact the whole game looked pretty crisp running at the highest settings. Yes it's not as good as the ps4 version I fully accept that but you've exaggerated the difference massively.

Konami... doing wierd Things as of late you know the Retail Version of MGS V Phantom Pain Includes only a Steam installer then you have to Download the Game itself off steam?

Adam Bhatti basically admitted on the WENB Podcast that the PC version was the least of their priority because of Piracy, that there was no point of wasting resources and time on the PC version when they couldn't profit from it because such a large percentage of users where gonna pirate it anyway.

its an absolute joke - PS4 grahics "card" chip is the 3 year old HD7870, even if you have one of those in your PC you still don't get the shading and such that the PS4 version has...

Player models, animations and gameplay are almost the same (PS4xPC), I'm glad I switched from FIFA 15 to PES 2016 (PC player).

Piracy and Mods, this why game industry couldn't care less about pc gamers

It seems it's mainly a lack of lightning effects (I don't think it can be fixed by patches), a bad contrast (easily fixed as each year) and also lower def textures (may be fixed). The crowd is better than last year (but not as good as PS4 sadly). The animation seems as smooth which is the more important point. Now why so bad lights is a mystery to me, as for the textures (out graphic cards can handle much much more ! Nonsense !) Anyway it's not as bad as I feared...

In fact they don't want to bother with the variety of PC hardware and it's a shame. After that it's up to each one to decide if it worth to buy it or not and at which price.

+Master Box Let me correct you: they can fix the WHOLE FUCKING GAME through patches. It's their own fault they failed to implement a working renderer in D3D11 and their own mismanagement that they fail to communicate with the crew that made MGS5 PC port (same engine, so it's already implemented) since you may know, Konami divided everybody and controls the hell out of their employees.

in my pes 2016 pc version the turf does not have real grass like it does in the video. i installed the ultra hd pitch by silva and there is still no real grass on the turf. can anyone give me a solution? my laptop is a acer aspire with a i7 core and a nvidia geforce gt 750 m graphic card.

Its the same every year. I become sick of Fifa and want to play something different. I try out the PES Demo and then go back to preorder the new Fifa. When I see videos like this I know why I do this.

Вратари порадовали , касильяс засейвил отбил перед собой , добивание и он очень реалистично так же с земли отбил 2 раз ! по геймплею всё плавно и круто в отличии от 15, осталось фикса на цвета и резкость текстур подождать , ну и патчи конечно же , с травой в селекторе ! а так один минус это то что графу толком не подкрутили ( от 15 не отличается , могли бы и получше сделать , конами вообщем как обычно

Well obviously no one likes what Konami did with pc version of PES,but in the other hand we should analyze things a little bit further,since the majority of the PC gamers doesn't have that High Boss Performance machines,then probably this is why konami still releasing it in such Graphix.

it is not a mix of old/current gen... it is purely an old gen engine! it is the same engine as last year. the new (FOX) engine looks amazing on the pc in metal gear but here it is not the fox engine(while on the ps4 it is) no mod can fix all the textures and animations nor add the new gameplay elements. THE GAME NEEDS 1GB OF RAM! all current games need 4-8 gb minimum in order to run! i mean i must upgrade to 8 gb since it bottlenecks all my games and then this thing comes...

If you're dissapointed like me you can request a refund under 'false advertising' on steam regardless of how many hours are played, just got mine

Why in the hell would you port the PS3 version of a game instead of the PS4 version? All the players look like plastic and the grass is a muddy patch of vomit.
