No, I haven't tried it. However, I did try a lot of gameplay mods and Twiggy FUMA ML v11.0 is my favorite. Does Real PES 3 have realistic ball weight, physics and inertia?

Depends on what Resolution and Refresh Rate you want to play on. In my example, RTX 4060 Ti is enough for 3440x1440 at 144Hz on Maximum Settings. However, it has to said that certain stadiums are very GPU intensive with Broadcast Cam - Wanda Metropolitano, Wembley Stadium, Estadio Centenario just to name a few.

These are goals that I compiled for almost a year. For every scored long shot, there were at least 50 that were missed/saved :D. FUMA is hard.
