The thing is that Portuguese, English and German leagues are exclusive EA licenses. And EA has way more money to hold them than KONAMI. And KONAMI has the exclusive license of the UEFA CL, EL, and Super Cup, Libertadores and J-League (that has it's own game). EA clearly only want PROFIT, not make a game for fans. That why I want PES to be better.
