Been there Kyle. I am no longer with the woman I was with for 20 years and it still hurts. The pain is 100x worse if there is a child involved, but everyone's pain is still their pain and a mountain to overcome. You have 2+ million KZread subscribers, a great sense of humor, and have great friends like Paul and surely many others that care about you a ton. I had a legion of people reassure me I was worth something when I hit rock bottom, you do too no doubt. No one is perfect and a relationship is a 2 way street. You're young and successful, keep your head up young man, you got a lot to look forward to. -Guy Who lost job/home/family right before holidays and has been sick for about 1 year straight. If I can keep marching, I know you can. 💯

It's funny because I used to work in Pasadena a couple years ago and I noticed you driving in your RS3 when I would go on my breaks and talk a walk mid-morning, but never followed your channel. Then after 8 years of not building a new rig, I did some research and happened upon your videos last April. When I saw videos of you and your S3 I realized it was you I saw all the time! I'm just trying to repost this as much as I can because it matters: As an man who's wife left him on the day after Christmas back in 2010, I definitely understand the devastation of going through a divorce. My ex-wife and I had known each other for nearly 15 years and had been married for nearly 8. You may never come to terms logically how you ended up here but it will get better, I promise. There will always be that "God shaped hole" in your heart because you and her both truly did love each other and have shared so much together...but it still isn't meant to be. Surround yourself with those you trust, love you, care about your well being and listen to those you trust. Resist the temptation to be vindictive or nasty no matter the situation but be firm and seek proper, COMPENTENT legal council. Resist the temptation to say your sorry for no real reason or take on an overabundance of the failure of the marriage. Always take the high road but keep your own interests a priority; don't seek approval by giving yourself away. Basically be an adult publicly but privately let your emotions out. Don't send that email, text or phone call that you'll regret and possibly be used against you. Learn to recognize traps that might be being set out for you to fall into. I know you may never see this comment Kyle but my heart aches for my fellow man. I don't know the circumstances and am not assuming "blame" because at this point it doesn't matter. For yourself and her, I hope you can begin the process of healing and moving forward as much as that may seem like a mirage right now. You will get there. Edit: I want to be very clear. I'm not blaming his wife for anything or casting aspersions. I only know what Kyle has shared with us and where he's at. I'm sure she is going through an equally difficult time would and would say the same to her. They both need to be kept in our prayers and thoughts as they have both given much to us who have been following them.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. Don't let anyone tell you to 'just get over it' or rush you--take as long as you need. My husband died suddenly in 2003, and I honestly have no idea which situation would be 'worse.' I wish I could do something to help, so I'll tell you the best advice I received in the hope that it will either help you OR at least you'll know how much I wish I could help. You deserve to find goals and wishes for yourself; not just the ones you shared. I wasn't able to start doing this for myself for two years or so, but doing this eventually helped a great deal. At least the feeling that a bus was parked on my chest went away, and getting up in the morning became easier. Please take good care of yourself--grief and loss can effect you physically, too. And please know that I'll happily message you a hug anytime you want one.

Guy whose wife came home one day and said she didn't wanna be married anymore: I know what your feeling right now and how much it...well...sucks. There's not any other way to describe it. Its an enormous hole right through the middle of you. I sat in an empty apartment and cried, I thought a lot about the twelves years with her before that. Mistakes Id made, character flaws and failings. Of her as well. It took time, but thanks to my oldest friend being there when I needed him most I got through it. Im completely at peace with it. Hey man, I separated from my wife of six years back in 2019, so I know it's tough. But things do get better once you get passed the upheaval and pain. I'm with someone who I'm way more compatible with and now have the opportunity to avoid any of the pitfalls my marriage went through. I know it's a cliché, but it does get better.

Kyle, dude! I just started watching your channel, literally because of the one with the orange onesie, and I've already worked my way back a year, I'm a disabled veteran and questioning why I'm fighting so hard against the mega government for a lousy 10% rating of service connected disability. I want you to know, you and your videos couldn't have entered my life at a more important time, my wife died 3 years ago and I have been wondering why I'm still alive at the age of 62 but with a body that's been failing me since I had cancer when I was 28. You make me laugh, you make me want to continue my hobbies, one of which is building computers. It helps, especially with the government revoking pain meds that have been what's giving me the ability to move around, you know, walk and stuff. 😂 I think it's funny that my folks had a VW beetle with the same engine as your Audi, well, without the stuff that makes yours so powerful. I definitely was wondering about those noises when downshifting, I won't be angry anymore when I hear that, lol!

I feel bad for him. I've been with my girl for nearly nine years now and I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be for him. But I won't judge her because I don't know what happened and maybe she's having a hard time too. Breakups suck, and that's it. I just hope he takes time to take care of his mental health and to bounce back.

I felt the pain in your voice. I'm going through something similar about a year ago and I'm still trying to figure out how to cope with it. I ended up moving out and tried working on bettering myself little by little but there are still some days when everything feels pointless and I don't wanna do anything. Feel better you're a strong dude you will get through this no matter how difficult.

Hey Kyle. I know there's an absolute flood of support, so you may not even read this, but if you do, I wanted you to know that I've been through what you're going through now. As a matter of fact, you signed my laptop in front of a Fat Burger in Vancouver at LTX2019, and I was there because it was my first time going and doing something without my ex wife of 7 years. It was a purely "me" trip, and I had a blast.
