man for anyone about to start this position I just say don't let anyone tell you any different about how you work and how fast because at the end of the day, you're gonna be walking the whole time you are clocked until your lunch and then when you come back from lunch it's all walking but if your coach asks you to do oversize I say thats when you will need to rush because when that time starts from when you click it its percentages from how many times you scanned skipped or can't find so it brings the whole OPD area down bringing the whole upper staff people to come and watch how you work and then you get annoyed that everywhere you go you have someone watching you 24/7 so I just say when they tell you to take that 15 min break take it because you're gonna need it

I see the shoppers when I’m in Walmart .. y’all never check exp dates never look at the produce or meats to see quality … only time I do pick up is when I’m sick and can’t go… then I call the store to complain if I get too close or past dates and meat that is gray produce slimy … and when I see the shoppers they stand chatting it up with each other , no one is just doing their job which I get sucks …I hate to grocery shop but ya know if I stood around shooting the breeze with a coworker or doing my work poorly I wouldn’t last long 🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️
