My company provided us with AdjusterPro to study with, but it was SO OVERWHELMING because I was inundated with a massive amount of material to memorize in a very short period of time. Read this message to know what’s important for your state exam, what you should focus on as you study, how you should study, and how I can help you secure a passing score on your exam! I have helped thousands of people pass their insurance licensing exam. Below, I have outlined what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. Insurance terms and related concepts, and policy provisions and contract law are two of the simplest chapters to study since they have the least amount of material to study, usually about 20 pages in total for both chapters. It is very easy to grab many points here, then it is to grab them in any of the other chapters. Most of these chapters are definitions that can be easy to memorize when you use my class series. If you have already studied and failed these are most likely the chapters you need help on. For the Types of Property chapter, it can be really difficult to grab many points here because the chapter is so large. You’re reading a hundred pages worth of study, so trying to secure points across hundreds of pages worth of material can be difficult. What I encourage people to do is focus on Dwelling, Homeowners, and Flood. Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on Policy names, Policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. There are also math questions related to Property Policies, but you never quite know if you’ll get 0 or 5 questions with math. It won’t break you to fail every math question if you are strong in other areas, but it certainly helps to be prepared for them and I teach them very simply. The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators). All my Royal Treatment Class Series include math examples. For Types of Casualty, this is another hundred page chapter that can be difficult to secure points in, so we focus on Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. Umbrella also comes from this chapter too and that’s an easy concept to get points on. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto and Umbrella Class that tells you what to focus on. Commercial Policies are inside both Types of Property and Types of Casualty. Commercial Policies are hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds. Lastly, you want to be really decent in state law. Most state exams will have this chapter at around 20% or more of the exam. Guys buy her packages. I just passad my missouri state exam first try. I already did some self study for my job, but what helped me in the end was little tips melissa instilled in my brain. I lost my glasses and could barely see but i remenbered things like melissa saying "hiding withhold means concealment"... so when i would squint and see key words I knew thr answer. Buy her programs. My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, and I create a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. Below, I have written up what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. The major things to know are General Insurance, PC Basics, Dwelling, Homeowners and Auto. These categories require memorization of names, amounts, some math, and a working understanding of how this type of insurance works. General Insurance is the foundational chapter and when you know it well, it helps with all the other chapters. Most states will range in how much this chapter is tested typically being around 5% to 10%, but since it’s the foundation for all else, you want to be decent in knowing these terms, especially anything related to contract law. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a General Insurance Terms Class. PC Basics is one of the most important chapters and can be up to 20% of the state exam. This chapter covers Policy Structure, Policy Provisions, and lots of definitions. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a PC Basics Class. Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on policy names, policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Dwelling and Homeowners Class. There are also math questions related to Property Policies, but you never quite know if you’ll get 0 or 5 questions with math. The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators). If you're taking personal lines, you don't need commercial at all and can skip this paragraph. If you’re in Alabama, you definitely need commercial as it’s 26% of your exam! Commercial is hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds. If you’re taking the Personal Lines exam, you do not need to know any Commercial Policies. For Auto insurance, you’ll get tested on both Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. So I don't have adjuster's experience, and I don't teach adjusting content, but I have helped many adjusters pass. The reason is because much of the content is the same as property and casualty in that state. I am from Arizona, and I am taking the P&C exam. I got a 64% when I took the test last Saturday, only nine questions from passing; I am taking it again this coming Saturday. The Auto, dwelling, and P&C basics are what really got me. (Also CPP but if I study that anymore my brain will blow up)

Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. So I don't have adjuster's experience, and I don't teach adjusting content, but I have helped many adjusters pass. The reason is because much of the content is the same as property and casualty in that state. I'm in NC Personal lines I took the test today and didn't pass but I’ve rescheduled for Monday. Any advice?

Property and casualty includes commercial, and then everything else is personal lines. Personal lines just doesn't have commercial like PC does. Hello! I am Melissa, the Insurance Exam Queen. Read this message to know what’s important for your state exam, what you should focus on as you study, how you should study, and how I can help you secure a passing score on your exam! I have helped thousands of people pass their insurance licensing exam. During my years of working for them, and securing high pass rates, I was able to determine the quickest and fastest way to pass the exam. My method is to focus on the most tested topics, and knowing and understanding the most tested topics instead of memorizing practice exam questions. You should NOT be doing quizzes or practice exams very much and if you are- STOP. The questions in your course will not be the same questions on your exam. Knowing and understanding the material will serve you far better than multiple hours doing practice questions which is why my class series recordings make such a difference and why I have over 900 5-Star Reviews on my Google Business Page. My teaching style is very casual, I keep things simple, I use memorization techniques, and I create a lot of charts and graphs as visuals to help you understand the material. Below, I have outlined what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. Insurance terms and related concepts, and policy provisions and contract law are two of the simplest chapters to study since they have the least amount of material to study, usually about 20 pages in total for both chapters. It is very easy to grab many points here, then it is to grab them in any of the other chapters. Most of these chapters are definitions that can be easy to memorize when you use my class series. If you have already studied and failed these are most likely the chapters you need help on. For the Types of Property chapter, it can be really difficult to grab many points here because the chapter is so large. You’re reading a hundred pages worth of study, so trying to secure points across hundreds of pages worth of material can be difficult. What I encourage people to do is focus on Dwelling, Homeowners, and Flood. Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on Policy names, Policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. There are also math questions related to Property Policies, but you never quite know if you’ll get 0 or 5 questions with math. It won’t break you to fail every math question if you are strong in other areas, but it certainly helps to be prepared for them and I teach them very simply. The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators). All my Royal Treatment Class Series include math examples. For Types of Casualty, this is another hundred page chapter that can be difficult to secure points in, so we focus on Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. Umbrella also comes from this chapter too and that’s an easy concept to get points on. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto and Umbrella Class that tells you what to focus on. Commercial Policies are inside both Types of Property and Types of Casualty. Commercial Policies are hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds. Lastly, you want to be really decent in state law. Most state exams will have this chapter at around 20% or more of the exam. While every state is different and has different numbers, you need to know which numbers are important, and which things you should memorize from this chapter. Hey Melissa, I don't know if you will get this in time. I just found your channel today. I am taking the NC Claims Adjusters exam. I have reviewed your recommendations for NC. The areas were I am struggling the most is in personal lines, personal auto, and commercial. The other 4 sections I am okay in. I am 14 points away from a 70% passing. I could really use some advice on how to pass this test. I am taking the test again in 2 1/2 weeks. I have two NC prep software programs I have studied from and have been excelling on practice exams and quizzes. However, when I set for the test the questions does not look like anything I have studied. I have looked for tutors her in NC and there are NONE! It has been recommended to take the Property & Casualty course online or in person because the curriculum is the same. I could really use some advice on how to pass this test? I don't mind paying for a tutoring seccesion/seccesions with your company or investing in the royal package. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

So I don't have adjuster's experience, and I don't teach adjusting content, but I have helped many adjusters pass. The reason is because much of the content is the same as property and casualty in that state. Thank you. I am currently doing your recommendations. I have created a playlist off of your channel of youtube videos I believe that would help me in a short period of time. Also, I watched you meditation videos and how to prepare for the test. The videos blessed my soul! Especially the part about not giving up, the number of tries people in my situation taken the test, and if you don't pass in the number of tries the company wants you to its okay, that position may not be for you. Below, I have outlined what is most important for your state exam, and where you should spend your time during your studies. Insurance terms and related concepts, and policy provisions and contract law are two of the simplest chapters to study since they have the least amount of material to study, usually about 20 pages in total for both chapters. It is very easy to grab many points here, then it is to grab them in any of the other chapters. Most of these chapters are definitions that can be easy to memorize when you use my class series. If you have already studied and failed these are most likely the chapters you need help on. For the Types of Property chapter, it can be really difficult to grab many points here because the chapter is so large. You’re reading a hundred pages worth of study, so trying to secure points across hundreds of pages worth of material can be difficult. What I encourage people to do is focus on Dwelling, Homeowners, and Flood. Dwelling and Homeowners can seem difficult to understand but after I break them down in my Royal Treatment Class Series, you’ll see how easy you can get a lot of points in these chapters. You want to focus on Policy names, Policy coverages and amounts, which are named or open peril. There are also math questions related to Property Policies, but you never quite know if you’ll get 0 or 5 questions with math. It won’t break you to fail every math question if you are strong in other areas, but it certainly helps to be prepared for them and I teach them very simply. The math on the exam requires a memorization of insurance rules, coverage amounts, an equation to learn and input into a calculator (most every state allows calculators). All my Royal Treatment Class Series include math examples. For Types of Casualty, this is another hundred page chapter that can be difficult to secure points in, so we focus on Personal Auto and Commercial Auto. Personal Auto is easier, so make that your biggest focus. Memorize the Parts of an Auto Policy, how they respond in an accident and definitions like Split limit and Per occurrence. Umbrella also comes from this chapter too and that’s an easy concept to get points on. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include an Auto and Umbrella Class that tells you what to focus on. Commercial Policies are inside both Types of Property and Types of Casualty. Commercial Policies are hundreds of pages worth of study and content and you don’t need to know it all. All my Royal Treatment Class Series include a Commercial Class that tells you what to focus on with my Gold Series having the most extensive commercial videos including CGL, Workers Comp and Bonds. Lastly, you want to be really decent in state law. Most state exams will have this chapter at around 20% or more of the exam. While every state is different and has different numbers, you need to know which numbers are important, and which things you should memorize from this chapter. Possible which is why you want higher limits. I am not too familiar with what happens but I know you can be sued for the rest
