Usually a subbed man, but for stuff like Persona 5, Full metal alchemist and Dragonball for example, they are reasons why I prefer the dubbed in some anime/games due to the fact the dub making better use of the humor.

If you’ve watched one piece subbed, then you’ll know that Morgana and Chopper share a voice actor. So the whole lil raccoon bit is pretty funny given that people in one piece mistake chopper (a reindeer) for a raccoon in one piece as well as persona

The reason why they put racoon is, I think, because of Morgana's VA being the same as Tony Tony Chopper from One Piece. And Chopper's ongoing joke was to be mistaken as a racoon (he's a reindeer) The joke's and VAs for persona titles are best enjoyed using the original Japanese voice

There is no official statement concerning the canon status of royal vs strikers. I'd say Morgana not talking about being a human at all in strikers means he learned from the events of royal.
