Pay to win isn't really applied in P5R. There's no multiplayer (so you don't even get an advantage over others) and you have personas like Yoshitsune that are also really strong.

If you don't have Izanagi, you can easily make a build like that on any other personas (By ex. Satanael with his broken trait). It won't hit as hard but still very powerfull. And yeah, Yoshitsune is still a thing

Bekkuboii If you have Attis's trait which allows the use of skills that are only able to be used when surrounded, you can use thermopylae anytime without getting ambushed. Same for any other surrounded skills like Last Stand

@@pierrenublat2689 kaguya can do more damage then yoshitsune BUT it's less consistent because kaguya can hit 4-8 times while yoshitsune's hits always hits higher than 4. So it depends if you want consistently hit hard or have a chance to the most damage

Izanagi-No-Okami Picaro doesn’t need Null Bless/Curse. You can get that with the free DLC (St Hermelin Outfits, I believe) and get fortify spirit as a skill, then add debilitate. That’s what I did and it works out a lot better

Man, I thought the base game was potentially bad; before I saw this I thought the highest reasonable damage against the reaper was using a Kaguya's light arrows... and the Kaguya had concentrate... and it has warrior of the sword... and it had magic ability, holy amp, and holy boost, which would lead to a total of 96 light holy attacks on the same turn (minus buffs from heat riser and debuffs to enemies and debilitate), which is still objectively... way, way less than this Izanagi

I remember back when I fought really hard to beat Elizabeth. You know, you can't do this to her, if I used overpowered attacks such as Armageddon, or block/drain any of her attacks, she'd just switch to Pixie, and return the favor by spamming me 9999 Megidolaon until I decide to forfeit the game. She's a sadist I tell you, she can't stand you having a persona that can block, deflect, let alone drain, she'll just switch to Pixie and execute you on the spot if you do that.

You need Orpheus Telos with High Counter. That fight is rng based iirc. You need high counter to proc on one her physical attacks so her health goes low enough that you can secure the kill with Armageddon. If you deal the damage yourself by either attacking or using a spell and she goes below the damage, threshold she'll diarahan herself.

@@momlover6036 i think it might've been referring to adding magic ability if a persona already has a boost and amp. Although magic ability says it does 25%(i think this is the percent? More magic damage it'll only do about ~8% extra damage if you have an amp and boost. So you can either get an ~8% boost for maximum damage or use another skill like ali dance

run izanagi no okami picaro with the boost and amp, ali dance, magic ability, concentrate and debilitate, victory cry and myriad, and for the accessory ring of envy is amazing. your stats will be high enough to where taking damage from things you don't resist will still be negligible, but the damage is fucking nutty

U can also remove debilitate and concentrate by using your party members to your advantage, use one of them with the president's insight skill. Which is from an accessory after beating okumura palace. It acts as concentrate while you use another person's to use debilitate, thus giving you more passive skills to use.

What does Izanagi-no-okami picaro cost? Akechi’s life, as you can clearly see him deceased in the twins fight.

Atlus was smoking that good green. Count it, 3 hits of Heavy Almighty, I... I don't even. Imagine if this was in the original pack of DLC and was a part of the free legacy DLC. Needless to say, the harder difficulties would have been a pleasant stroll.

Of course Giga-Chad Yu Narukami has the greatest persona

Somehow I can't get enough of when joker calls Izanagi-Okami's name 🤣 one of the longest call outs we ever heard, Danm the developer's worked really well on this whole beautiful game

Even though it takes a long ass time to prepare the full attack. This is rather fun to watch and just seeing how much easier it is to kill things with the right buffs and immunities

My favorite Persona of all time busted as hell, huh.

P5MC: *Uses the P4MC's Persona better than him.* P4MC: _Yu can't be serious!_ Edit: I just realised that P5MC actually gets to use P3MC's Persona when he just used it to kill himself for the greater good. But he probably doesn't care.

Nope. Most broken persona is Rangda. I already explained this in this comment section. I had a Rangda that was either Null, Absorb or Reflect every type of skill. I literally was able to press fast forward every single battle the entire rest of the game and Joker essentially never got touched.

That first showtime matched the music perfectly!

Minor tip: have a Persona with high Ag and all the Auto-Ma abilities and start with that Persona equipped. When you start the fight, you'll have the party amped, saving you a turn from casting Heat Riser. On that first turn, immediately switch to the Persona with Concentrate or Debilitate.

This guy got me through he final boss

If you’re playing on hard instead of merciless, you can get Myriad Truths to do around 2100 damage per hit to the reaper. That’s an easy 1 turn against him since the reaper only has about 5000 HP.

MCT _ country maker stacks with things like magic ability, almighty amp, concentrate etc. so doing all of that would add up

When you’re able to get a baton pass to Joker in the Lavenza pass it’s crazy how much damage you can get with that attack.

Thats because all the Shadows are Personas again, some of the P3 and P4 shadows are heavily resistant to Almighty damage. The tables, The tables laugh at almighty.

How did you build those 2 support personas btw? I always have the tendency to only get offense based personas without considering support personas but damn those support personas are neat. How??

Electric chair. Use skill cards. There's multiple sites you can find to help you know which personas to fuse and execute.

turn some personas into skill card, train some to gain resistances like Repel/drain/null strengthen a Persona that has a resistance with another that got another resistance to a different element

You can forget about null bless and curse skills since the free DLC comes with spell master skill card and an accessory that nulla bless and curse. You just have to put in time to get you in game currency to max which is 10,000,000 yen and by the end of it you will probably run out of momey

As for the stats, gallows execution during an alarm will always fail and give no exp BUT it always gives 10 points into random stats Edit: this works as long as you use an alarm made persona to “boost” the persona your building. just use arsene and silky as fusing slaves or something it will still work xD

you can use ring of greed to put president's insight on a party member which is basicly concentrate but you can target anyone, saving you a turn..

I have concentrate and heat riser and with a full baton pass my max damage has hit 85,000 with okami

Skills are mainly obtained through gallows fusion ("Strengthen persona option) as well as using the electric chair to obtain some skills to pass on through gallows fusion. Some repel/drain skills can only be obtained through alarms. Another method to obtain rare skills is through network fusion. So just keep fusing/itemizing personas and you'll find ones that will have skills you want to pass to your desired persona. I was able to make a similar Alilat build in the video through the repeated use of this method. It is time consuming and costs a lot of money but it's well worth the effort since you can basically become invincible to all attacks (except Almighty haha)

In addition, once you unlocked the Train Persona feature in the prison, you can train the persona to learn null, drain and repel skills. In an alarm, you can also burn incense to increase stats at double rate too. In this situation, I’d imagine the player kept throwing the persona in Training over and over so they could have no weaknesses, while also upping their stats.

This persona hard carried me through Okumera’s palace so hard, that the other party members were redundant until the boss fight.

Another good set up for this: myriad, Vic cry, angel grace, alm boost, spell mast, endure soul, invigorate 3, null phys. (Also use a st. Hermelin badge to also add null bless and null curse together)

Nah the most broken one is from Persona 3 FES when you can spam 9999 dmg with Armageddon fusion spell + Victoriy Cry

Lord Grimodar fair enough, but it still ends ANY non boss encounter in one turn and leaves you with full HP and SP
