In pretty much every game besides 4, they can do it just fine. 1/2/3/5 usually have characters fighting right after awakening. In 4 they're only tired because of the fog.

nonono you see, you forgot to do the steps to the true ending. The real killer is Frank Grimes. Also don't forget to rank 10 Mary Spuckler's social link, she'll vanish at some point during this. You'll get extra content throughout January, and then finally when you get to the final day of the game, you need to go back to Krusty Burger and talk to the Squeaky Voiced Teen to get the actual final dungeon of the game, as he is actually God.

This is so good. How you managed to turn "I'm me?" from such a funny line into a deeply introspective one proves not only your skills as an editor but also how important context is to communication. Excellently done.

The fact that the "Battling Seizure Robot" came from a fake Japanese show within The Simpsons that was making fun of the infamous episode of Pokémon where Pikachu gave kids seizures ties all of this together perfectly, thanks to both the Midnight Channel being visible in TV, and the fact that Persona is ALSO a monster collection game.

Specifically, a scene where Pikachu uses Thunderbolt while in some kind of digital realm, so the animators used rapid flashes in multiple colors besides yellow to animate the attack, and those rapidly shifting color flashes are what caused the seizures. Nintendo just quietly shifted the blame onto Porygon because Pikachu is their mascot character, so they couldn't openly acknowledge that it was Pikachu's attack that caused the seizures as it obviously would hurt their merchandise sales far more than blaming it on Porygon.

Touching. Absolutely stellar. It is always nice to see cutsenes from Persona 4: The Simpsons Golden, remade from scratch in a new game engine. It is always as beautiful as I remembred them in the original P4S. I hope they will rerelease Tracey Ullman's Persona already, goddamn it! An absolute classic seemingly forgotten by the developer, that started it all.

@@ISTAREINURSOL don't you know Graggle dungeon is basically non-canon? It was only added in Portable version, and then never referenced in any supplementary material. I don't want to spoil the ending of the dungeon, and even though it has brought up some interesting themes, main cast forgeting the events of this add-on bascally justifies its removal from remake.

@@harrietr.5073 Isn't 23 considered a spin-off to the main series? It is dubiously canon tho, considering their switch from turn-based RPG to dancing rhytm dungeon crawler. Graggle was mentioned in supplementary materials and codex, true, but was more of a nod to older fans of the series, basically... sans the war crimes.

This shouldn’t hit me in my feels as much as it did

You know, I have mixed feelings on Battling Seizure Robot. It's solid defensively but that weakness to wind skills is really holding it back, especially since Nelson's dungeon has a lot of shadows that use wind skills. Sure it learns lots of insta-kill moves but it doesn't even get hama boost for its special move flash blast, so is it really that necessary to max out his social link? Does it actually fix his issues.

Honestly the only party member I cared about was Linguo, his Orgia mode was always useful except for the one boss fight with those mobster shadows, and how he was present in other characters Awakenings correcting the grammar of their Shadow Selves

@@lowhp_comic Yeah, those mobster shadows are very tough for him to fight with their ziodyne skills. That's why you needed to use Jimbo as a party member in those fights, as he could care less about their electric attacks.

Jimbo is a good early game party member due to his ability to cast seizure status right off the bat, and has a respectable HP and SP pool, but unless you give him the right equipment and keep his status spells, he becomes kind of a crutch character once Ralph joins the party after the 4th dungeon

Ralph? I always throw him off the team instantly for Kernie. Kernie is OP with his physical moves, high HP and surprisingly high SP pool. Sure his magic stat isnt the greatest, but once his Persona evolves for the first time, he becomes a must have for Ultimate Insult alone, a skill that decreases all enemy's 3 stat lines and also increases his own Attack and Accuracy/Evasion, a perfect set up into Multi Punch AND Nelson's ultimate physical attack, 'Stop Hitting Yourself'

@@woobgamer5210 True, high HP is an absoulte must by late game (even with Milhouse on healing duty) in order to get through the slog that is Mugatsu Springfield (thank god Sidshow Bob's boss fight is such a cakewalk)
