Yeah I think the rubber hose like animation really works in it’s favor and gives it a personality. Honestly Carbonwater did a fantastic job with translating the comic into animation.

They were being made as the creator was playing the game. Then they regretted making Ryoutaro look like an imbecile because of how the story progressed, which lead to losing all motivation to continue. What we have is enough to get people interested in the game at least!

Didn't land so well. Even though Persona did have a fighting game, in this context, it doesn't work quite as smoothly. Just seemed random and kind of awkward. Better luck next time buddy.

Maybe its just me... But I noticed whoever voiced Chie for these seems to be channeling Tracey Rooney's portrayal. Which makes me very happy.

Well, I'm be. I always thought that Hiimdaisy's popular parody webcomic (and Sapphire's dub) needed to be animated. But I'm truly blown away by how well you pulled it off! Not only did you stay incredibly true to the comic and its source material (i.e. Persona 4) but you also brought it to life with seamlessly expressive animation and colour schemes. You even added your own personal touches such as new background elements (e.g. the Best Friends Zaibatsu cameo) and facial expressions. For example, I was surprised by the death glare you gave Saki when she said "Don't TOUCH ME". All in all, I praise your animated adaptation as its animation is near TV production-quality! Fantastic job well done! I wish you the best of luck on future shorts from you! ;)

Well, I like to give and receive quality reviews. It's only fair as a creative person myself; we all need to give each other critique sometimes. :)

This entire comic is like the entirety of Persona 4’s shadow.

It's pretty awesome that Yuri Lowenthal (Yosuke's VA) agreed to voice this hilarious comic dub

I was about to sing along with Nanako before she got really depressed. Damn.

I can't believe how old that comic is.
